Humble 1 acre fenced-in property is perfect for couples or people with dogs! Called the hobbit hole in honor of the hobbit obsessed past owner. On the property you will find Tolkien quotes on trees and a couple “hobbit size”doorways. (People over 6’ beware! 😂) There are 2 bedrooms, a pullout bed in the living room, and 1 office. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
