Für uns als 4 köpfige Familie mit nicht mehr ganz jungen Kindern war es optimal. Der Balkon bot Mahlzeiten mit einer Superaussicht, und auch der Pool war für Abkühlungen perfekt.

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

El departamento era muy cómodo y en muy buenas condiciones. Saretta fue muy amigable y atenta.

Sehr schöne Ferien gehabt, die Unterkunft von Micaela ist einfach perfekt ! Sehr nah am Meer, Privat und ruhig. Torvaianica ist schön mit vielen heimischen Restaurants und unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten verbunden. Rom besuchen, auf jeden Fall! Micaela ist ein Engel und man sollte sich glücklich schätzen sie kennenlernen. Sie gibt sehr gute Ratschläge und kennt sich sehr gut aus. Jede frage würde sehr schnell beantwortet und sie ist sehr nett und freundlich. EGAL welche Uhrzeit. Sie war uns eine sehr große Hilfe. Wenn wir wieder nach Italien kommen dann sicher bei Micaela! apartamento súper amplio, mejor que en las fotos, muy bien conectado por la línea c del metro y buses, cerca contarás con comercios de comida, supermercados entre otros, tardarás unos 40 minutos al vaticano y 30 minutos del centro.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a Corfinio, un paesino molto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. L’host è stato preciso e disponibile: ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate che hanno reso tutto più semplice fin dal nostro arrivo. Un grande punto a favore è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro amico a quattro zampe: abbiamo trovato cuscino, ciotole e giochi, un’attenzione davvero gradita! La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Consigliata a chi cerca un soggiorno sereno, con tutte le comodità e un tocco di attenzione in più per chi viaggia con animali.

wir waren im März/ April bei Sonny, da ist die Umgebung noch recht ruhig aber schön, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Leitungswasser riecht je nach Zeit mal mehr, mal weniger nach Schwefel, das ist aber für die Nähe zum Wasser wohl vollkommen normal. alles im allem empfehlenswert.
