Great place to stay. Beautiful views and nature right from the front deck, and the house was perfect for two people. Lots of natural light which we loved. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we would love to come back in the future

My visit was special. I would highly recommend the birdsong studio! The space is well organized, clean and peaceful. I had everything I needed and Peter and his wife were thoughtful and gracious hosts. In the mornings, I meditated and listened to the birds and was able to walk to the beach and around the neighborhood and felt very safe. It was a comforting and restful stay and would live to come back! Thank you!

AMAZING Experience! The perfect little cozy cottage for a weekend getaway. Rebecca & Ted's beautiful spot truly checked all the boxes for us. My friend and I spent the weekend here in Felton for our first annual "dad's getaway," and we absolutely loved it. The cottage is in a perfect location, walking distance to town, Henry Cowell State Park, food options and shopping. And yet, you'd never know it's located so close and conveniently to town! It feels very private, quiet, and peaceful - in fact we even had deer come visit us right out front of the patio one morning! The cottage is extremely clean and comfortable, stocked with everything you need and well thought out. The beds were very comfy, and the woodstove was a nice bonus to cozy up with some games around on a chilly night. 5 out of 5 recommend, we will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, and a stocked coffee station. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect too: close Santa Cruz and Capitola , but still quiet and peaceful at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Kyle’s was lovely and easy! It was a perfect home base for our adventures in the nearby state parks. The chickens are very cute, but if you’re a light sleeper looking for quiet, you may hear them in the morning. The eggs are amazing and such a wonderful addition to a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and then some! Would definitely stay again during a trip to the Santa Cruz area.

Leslie’s spot was quaint, clean, and very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you’re in Santa Cruz!

What a quaint, comfortable home. What you see is what you get and for what it’s worth it’s stunning. The only complaint I could think of was spiders, but there were only a few and the house made up for it. There’s a walk right beside the house and it’s beautiful. Highly recommend this air bnb!

Came here for a short trip to explore Santa Cruz. Gabriel was very friendly and helpful as a host (gave some nice local recommendations!). Despite being connected to another part of the house, the sound barriers work quite well and the environment is aesthetic and cozy (a bit of a cottage core vibe). There are even chickens outside (in a coop so not disturbing anyone). There’s not a real kitchen space but there is a microwave and mini fridge so the amenities are similar to what you might get in some hotels and feels like a 1 bed 1 bath situation. Overall it was a good experience. After a long day of being out I easily looked forward to relaxing back at this Airbnb.
