I would like to say thanks to Shawn for hosting us. Our experience was great. At home u can find everything what you looking for. Beach walk by 5 min. Home was clean fresh. A lot of snacks and coffee. Bathtub amenities was also best quality. I recommend this property for short term and long term

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Aaron and Chers Manhattan Beach house is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone. The beds were insanely comfortable, the house was spotless, having a garage is perfect! Loved the view from the upstairs room and the terrace. The house was equipped with everything we needed included beach toys for the kids and a coffee machine for us. Aaron and Cher were such lovely and accommodating hosts. One of our favourite stays to date! Thank you 🙏🏼

This space was exactly what I needed for my solo meditation weekend - a short walk to the beach and strand and yet so quiet and peaceful and clean. I's also romantic and would be a wonderful place for a couple's getaway.

Summer was super responsive and kind to any questions I had during my stay. The location was perfect and the home was clean! Highly recommend if you want to be walking distance to beach and downtown Santa Monica !

Such a peaceful community in such a vibrant place. Close to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica pier. The home and linens were squeaky clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The people watching, plane watching, and boat watching provides non stop entertainment. We even saw a sea lion and dolphins. This place is magical and we can’t wait to come back!

Good stay experience! Unit is large and Fisher is super helpful in solving equipment problems. Recommend!

Scott's place was perfect for a family! It's a quick drive to Redondo Beach and is ideally located to enjoy the LA area. We were 30-40 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to the Long Beach Aquarium. By far, the best attributes of the house were the outside grill and hot tub area. The backyard is fantastic for a family that wants to spend time outside. We grilled on the Weber grill and enjoyed the hot tub, which is humongous!

Mary was a very kind and responsive host. While I wasn't ultimately able to stay with Mary, I look forward to staying with her in the future since her place seems very nice.

Shirley's house is in an great location, you can walk to the market and to an incredible bakery and ice cream shop. It was perfect for our family. And we loved her cat Rocky! He's the sweetest.

Great place and location

Had a great stay at Mikes. Very cozy and beautiful home. Location is perfect, easy access to major roads, beaches, and plenty of great food/drink options within walking distance. Beds are also comfy and it’s very easy to feel calm and comfortable at the house, even within a busy city. I highly recommend for future stays.

Perfect stay, can’t wait to go back! Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The sauna and steam shower were incredible unexpected amenities.

What a great spot to relax and do work! I was in town for business so I didn't get to take advantage of everything this property has to offer but I look forward to coming back soon. Excellent communication and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. What really stood out were the hosts—they were incredibly attentive and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and genuinely cared about making our stay great. We had a great stay! Many walkable food options and the beach is just a few minutes away by car! Couldn’t ask for a better location for the weekend.

Spacious 4 bedroom house that’s close to everything we needed. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend this house to families and small groups
