Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and Nespresso mashine. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
