Our amazing studio is fully furnished and clean, includes a coffee maker, cable TV, internet, office desk and much more than just a comfy place to lay your head. This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

Relax in the hammock as the ponies, mini donkeys and goats graze nearby or walk along the dirt road and watch the beautiful sunsets over Mt. Blue Sky. You’ll be a 5 minute drive from quaint downtown Parker with unique shops and restaurants to explore, the 40 mile Cherry Creek Bike Trail and nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park.

Enjoy your stay at this walkout garden level “suite” with private entrance. Sit outside and enjoy the backyard views or cuddle up next to the fireplace inside and relax. You’ll enjoy a large private bathroom with shower, jetted tub, fireplace and heated tile floor. Large closet for those longer stays. We are close to downtown Parker for those that like a good walk. You’ll have the downstairs patio/deck furniture and bbq to yourself.

Private room with separate front door. Personal refrigerator, microwave, laundry machine, shower and bathroom. Room is attached to house but in own separate space called a next-gen room. Queen size bed in the room. TV and Wi-Fi, kitchen sink, counter top hot plate (no stove/oven). We have a toddler at home. In new quiet location at Parker CO, will need a car to get around. Purple Light Outside if you arrive at night.
