Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

Mark & Nancy were on top of everything before we got to the cabin. From vehicle recommendations to all of the info we needed to get in. The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed along with fun card and board games to keep everyone entertained. One couple on the trip even got engaged at the top of the hill right by the airbnb with the beautiful mountains in the background! 10/10 would recommend.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time on our week stay. The house is located in a beautiful spot close to Breckenridge skiing and FairPlay fishing, and the community around it are some of the nicest people I have ever met! Truly an amazing experience!

A cozy, secluded, serene, and beautiful location where you can sit and enjoy meals/beverages and watch wildlife on the cute porch overlooking a little stream, unwind in the hot tub, or let your mind wander in the sauna. Plenty of great day hikes are within short drives, and great meals can be had in and around Bailey and Evergreen. The cabin itself is well-appointed with cozy blankets, a snuggly Sleep Number bed, a nicely equipped kitchen, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel at home. Bathroom was spotless! A perfect, healing space to escape, celebrate, or forget all that might trouble you. The host, Michelle, provides plenty of information to ensure your stay is great. Would most definitely return!

This charming ranch cabin has outstanding views and rustic decor. A highlight is the hot tub, which is easily accessible and has fantastic views. Other highlights include woodburning stoves and a tree net. It is highly recommended as a charming getaway with great views. Michael was extremely communicative and supportive. I appreciated the dog-friendliness of the cabin.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful cabin! It was perfect for me and my four friends, plus our two dogs. The cabin is cozy and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sledding with the sleds they provided was so much fun and a highlight of our trip — a great way to enjoy the snowy surroundings! We also loved the grill, which was perfect for outdoor cooking, and the hot tub was the cherry on top after a day of outdoor adventures. The host was also super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends (and dogs)! We’ll definitely be back.

The cabin was beautiful! We were 2 families of 4 staying - 1 local family and 1 from Australia and this was the perfect! All the creature comforts of home in a beautiful location with plenty of room for everyone. Our children loved making s’mores around the fire pit and the adults enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Erik was super quick to answer all our questions and very accommodating! Would love to come back and stay again one day.

We loved the easy drive to Breckenridge—it was so nice to step away from the busy town and unwind in a peaceful, private retreat. The cabin had everything we needed and more: plush towels, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, games, and plenty of hooks for gear. The dog bowls, treats, and bed were such a thoughtful touch. The little notes around the home gave us a laugh and added charm. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our dogs—cozy and comfortable. We were especially excited for the hot tub and sauna after snowboarding. On night one, we only used the sauna—it was relaxing but didn’t get as hot as others we’ve used. The next night, we returned to find a heater running to the hot tub that wasn't there before and the jets not working. I messaged Amy, who responded quickly and let us know the hot tub had broken and the service team hadn’t told her. She offered a remedy, which we appreciated. Still had a lovely time—just wish the amenities had worked as expected.

I could not recommend Derik and his property highly enough, the cabin was clean with picture perfect views at any angle! Derik is friendly and communicative, the listing is exactly as described and the wildlife is amazing to see, we enjoyed every minute and so did our dogs!

Our family had a wonderful time! Cozy and beautiful cabin only a short drive to Breckinridge. We felt right at home!

I highly recommend a stay here!!! It is easy to get to, close to some good hiking, Breckenridge and Fairplay. Also kind of private, on some beautiful land. The hot tub was amazing on our clear sky nights. Highly recommended.

Jesse’s home was comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was wonderful for our family, and we enjoyed the large open living room with the a-frame windows to admire the view. The home was very well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook at home - there was even tea & coffee available for us. Just 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, can’t beat this location. 10/10!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

I can't say enough about what a great experience Scott and Christine provided for my family with their gracious hosting and beautiful cabin. There was nothing lacking - and plenty of extras - in both the service and the property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Book with confidence - this is truly a top-notch host. This place was amazing! Such a small hidden gem that truly makes you feel one with nature. From the clear starry nights in the Hot tub, to the windy nights which the fire place came very handy this place was a great little home. The location was great for us & Fairplay had some great places for drinks and food. We hope to be back again!

This place was great! Checking in is super easy, and easy to get to. We had 6 guests, and there were plenty of beds and space to not feel on top of each other. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals which was great as well. Would definitely go back when I head to Breck in the future!

This is a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for something in nature with great access to nearby skiing. It’s quaint but works as a nice home base.

Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

This was easily one of the nicest, coziest and most thoughtful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Megan was so responsive to all of our questions and even made sure to have the driveway plowed the day we left for our flight so we could have a safe trip down the mountain. On top of that, the Airbnb is located in such a beautiful nook of Conifer. I’ve never seen anything like it! The place was so clean and there were so many thoughtful touches to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay - truly our home away from home. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Great place to stay! Great host! Had one little problem at the first but had a phone number to call and answered first call, problem was fixed within 5 mins! SUPER Responsive! Russ is great! Many more listings in the area also owned by Russ! Check them out! Oh yeah, and the Hot Tub for this place was amazing after a day of skiing! Close enough to the slopes to drive to also! Stay out of the clutter of Breckenridge and come to laid back fairplay!

This was a great place to recharge - it's very remote and quiet and it's surrounded by wildlife and beautiful mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
