Ένα μεγάλο, άνετο, ανεξάρτητο σπίτι δύο ορόφων και υπογείου με συνολικά εμβαδόν 120τμ. διακοσμημένο με ανοιχτόκαρδο τρόπο, ώστε να αισθάνεστε από την αρχή στο «καλοκαιρινό σας σπίτι». Το σπίτι διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και ντουλάπες και 3 λουτρά, πλήρως οργανωμένη κουζίνα με 1 +1 μικρό υπόγειο ψυγεία, δύο μπαλκόνια με θέα και απογευματινό δροσερό καθιστικό με τέντα. Στην αυλή υπάρχουν οπωροφόρα δένδρα και αρωματικά φυτά. Με λίγη τύχη κάθε εποχή κάποιον καρπό θα δοκιμάσετε.
