The house is situated in a property filled with flowers and trees, where you can always find shade in a different magical place every time. It is in a very peaceful and secluded area of Kavos

The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Built from the stone of the hillside it stands on, Petrino feels like it grew here rather than was constructed. Just 5 kilometers from Karystos, it sits high enough to take in the Aegean, and the islands beyond — with Ochi mountain rising behind you. Inside, rough stone walls meet polished concrete floors and a vintage red clawfoot tub that somehow belongs exactly where it is. Step out onto the deck and watch the sky turn amber over the mountains, the lights of Karystos shimmering below.

We immediately started Kalliberry Cycladic Complex. At the beginning we renovated the main residence of the estate and shaped the surrounding area, then we transformed an old stable to a place of high aesthetics, the cave, and on 2020 we completed with a lot of personal work and creative ideas, this dream house, villa Elissavet.
