We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Un grand merci à Agathi et son papa pour leur accueil. Nous sommes venus en famille (3 générations), et cette maison a fait l’unanimité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison et sa vue à couper le souffle… c’est le lieu parfait pour déconnecter et se détendre. Agathi est très agréable et toujours disponible à n’importe quel moment pour répondre à nos questions et nous porter service. Merci pour tout Agathi ! 🙏🏻🥰🧿

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

Piękna, spokojna i kameralna okolica. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i przyjemny. Można poczuć się swojsko i jak w domu. Gospodarz gościnny, pomocny i komunikatywny. Dziękuję i polecam miejsce do zatrzymania w pędzie życia.

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

Lovely apartment for our young family! Great beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Bakery is a must visit :)

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!
