Saddlebrook is a very nice area close to Tampa and Berta’s apartment is well situated and nice decorated. We like it a lot and will be happy to return.

What a very beautiful, immaculate condo. The pool was very close to walk to. Parking was easy and abundant. The kitchen had everything you need. Washer and dryer were easy to use. Plenty of towels. Plenty of linens. Everything was absolutely immaculate. We had a great time! Diana is a gem and was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

I really loved my stay! It was super convenient for my needs. The property is beautiful, the apartment was great! Easy check-in, and Timothy was very responsive, not that I needed anything. A full kitchen, which is not always the case. It was easy to feel right at home. And the easiest check-out I've ever experienced! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!

My wife and I stayed at Mark's condo for three months. The unit was the cleanest we ever rented. All described amenities were excellent. Mark even added a TV in the bedroom in the first week we were there. Location is great and the pool is very nice although sometimes quite busy. Mark is a great host and very responding to any request. Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed at Linda Marie's condo 3/7-3/13/25. The condo was beautifully updated. Everything was clean. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. We met some wonderful people at the pool. We hope to return next March.

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

Loved Nicole's Parisan Pad! Everything was meticulously thought out. A lot of care went into decorating this place with all the touches of Paris both obvious and subtle. In addition, the printed guide with instructions, recommendations and more was such a helpful and considerate thing to have for guests. Safety Harbor is a great town and we will def stay here again as we come to FL often to visit family! I wish we had brought our dog along because he would have thoroughly enjoyed the dog amenities!

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

This perfectly peaceful unit was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with lots of room to spare. Patti’s unit covered all the bases. We enjoyed the well manicured surroundings.

This is a wonderful place to go on vacation is a lovely getaway place a resort full of friendly people very private I like that is optional to wear clothes or not everyone respects each others have a wonderful pool a fun nude club and again you have the choice to wear or not wear clothes restaurant are really good James the host was very friendly very communicative gave us a tore around the resort as well his place was lovely felt like at home very clean everything was just like it show in the pictures I would highly recommend this place it’s fun and you feel like everyone there know you is how they treat you thank you James I will definitely come back to this resort

Perfect little spot for our family. I loved the beach accessories, salt water heated pool and great location away from the beach. Only a short drive and I liked it was gated. Brendan was very responsive and gave some helpful local tips and suggestions for beach and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable condo! Very quiet building. Pool and tennis courts looked great although we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay again! Responsive manager.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

Liliana's place was a perfect location, out of the hustle and bustle of the beach, although close enough to the beach to drive back and forth daily. I highly recommend the park and ride trolley to the beach, easy and convenient. The condo was clean and all necessities were provided. Pool area was lovely, warm water and lots of seating space. Beach chairs and sand toys were extremely helpful! Thank you for the lovely stay!

The place was perfect for us and had everything we needed. It was great with the pool, quiet location and well equipped. Marie and Mark would answer any questions fast, but we didn’t really need much help since they informed very well beforehand and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend the place and the hosts :)
