Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. 非常幸运预定了Donald的民宿！ 被自然环绕，民宿由主人自己亲手布置，藤编的家具，木构的木屋，Donald 很有诗意和才华，空间里四处的布置很有当地传统特色并富有诗意 也有他的摄影作品 以及他还是个画家 驻足间可以欣赏悬挂在木墙上画里的美好～ 住在这里每天都是充满生命力的，相较于奢华的酒店，我更愿意呆在这里感受质朴和自然本身。Donald夫妻性格善良温和，待人彬彬有礼，居住在这里不会感觉被打扰，完全的宾至如归，放松惬意。我预定的日期比较久，他们两口子亲自接机和送行，身处异国，却十分温暖，居住在这里会很放宽心，有安全感。 我大部分需求，他们都会尽可能照顾的，我想自己以后的亚庇旅行都会住在这里吧，像家一样的感觉。

This Homestay is very near to the airport, only few minutes driving distance, very convenient for picking groups arriving at different times. Besides, the unit is clean, well equipped and spacious, very spacious, enough space for individuals, and different groups having separate sessions at different space of the unit. My family like the place and wish to stay again. The only thing we frustrated is there is no dish washing liquid provided, only 1 table cleaning cloth and internet line a little bit slow. Overall worth to stay and surely will return again. Thanks for the very responsive owner.

A Very Comfortable and Worthwhile Stay! The homestay was very comfortable and spotless. All the amenities provided were complete and met all our needs. The host was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in instructions, parking info, and all other details were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a very satisfying experience and definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Sabah.

We loved Soo’s place! We actually have stayed a few nights at a different house at Loft B. However we decided to extend our stay in KK and found Soo’s place. To be honest, the place is super nice and a lot cleaner than the one we stayed before. Soo was also responsive. We also like the fact that cuckoo water dispenser is provided! interior of the house is also lovely. Would totally recommend the place and will be coming back in the future. Thanks!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

We love the coziness of the place and all ammenities are well provided. Easy access to parking lot and to the mall. We will definitely book this place again👍🏼

Yo-Yo прекрасная хозяйка, всегда была готова нам помочь и помогала. Квартира прекрасно расположена над торговым центром, в котором есть огромное количество магазинов (включая магазин продуктов), кафе и ресторанов. Про самолёты, которые летают над домом тут уже писали, но, нам они совершенно не мешали. Наоборот, было интересно на них посмотреть и сделать отличные фото. Сама квартира просторная и очень уютная, нам там очень понравилось. В 15 минутах пешком от квартиры есть рынок фруктов и морепродуктов, что тоже было удобно.
