Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.

The guest wing is located down a hallway at one end of our home, separated by a screen and is for your exclusive use only. You will also have your own private entrance via the kitchenette. Whether you’re coming for a short beach break, event at nearby Baypark, or an extended stay, we’d love to welcome you.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
