The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family with a Queen bed in the room and bunks off the lounge.Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Beach hideaway

Our place is close to the beach (2 minutes walk), public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre. It is a fully self-contained unit which is part of our house, with its own entrance and private driveway and backyard with BBQ. You’ll love it because of the location and privacy. It is suitable for couples, or possibly a family with one child and a baby. In the lounge we have a day bed similar size to a small single bed. We also have a portacot for a baby if needed.

Quiet location.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a tiny cupboard kitchenette as per photos, your own access and outdoor patio space. This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.
