This was a beautiful home, both inside and out. It was spotless! The beds were comfortable, and the host was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again.

This 2 bedroom home is in a wonderful new development off of Lamar. The home is very well decorated and had en suite masters each with very large closets. The home is furnished with lots of extras including soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, water bottles, tp, paper towels and an assortment of snacks. We travel with a larger group that would normally prevent us from booking this home, but we were very pleased with our accommodations, and if ever there was a time we visited again under these circumstances, we would look for this home again! The hosts are very communicative, accommodating, and proactive. Thank you!

Really fantastic place. Spacious, with room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was fantastic, and extremely well stocked. The area was very walkable, and it was only a short 5 minute drive from the Square.

This was my second stay and it's a great place. Always clean and ready to go. I will stay there again next time I'm in town. Very peaceful area.

After driving back and forth about 20 mins, I had to give up and call Jan at midnight to help me locate it, as the address given was sending me into an overgrown field about a half mile away from the cabin. Once I finally found it, it was super easy to get inside, everything was SO CLEAN, and the bed/bath arrangement fit our crew perfectly. I wish the location had been closer to where our event for the weekend was, but other than that, 5 stars!

The house is modern, clean, and cozy.

I had been looking for a three-bedroom/two bath home to share with two friends while attending the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, and we lucked into this place. While it was close to an hour ride to the festival, it was nice to come home to this lovely, quiet place in Batesville. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living areas spacious, and the neighborhood nice to walk around, with little shops and even a Piggly Wiggly nearby. We felt right at home, which probably would not have been the case if we'd found something in Clarksdale.

Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. We appreciated the coffee bar and snacks. Kids loved the outdoor space.

Nice to deal with. The place was very clean and it was a quiet neighborhood. The place was loaded with all the amenities. You wouldn’t have to have anything but your toiletries and clothes. Close to the lake and had a small store / bait shop and a restaurant within walking distance. Overall great experience. Will definitely revisit it.

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!
