Loved the stay so much such a nice home and it was within 45 mins of a lot of popular places in California, and it was also only 12 mins from a beach! Would highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights at the adorable Golden Ave bungalow leading up to our first cruise on the Pacific side and our first time in Long Beach. We picked the bungalow because of its location to the cruise port and I love the character of 1950’s style homes. The California king in the bedroom was a nice surprise and comfortable! I also loved the shower and all the amenities. One day we walked over to the Potholder Cafe then from there to the Aquarium. To address a negative review, yes you can hear your surrounding neighbors at times during the day when they are outside but also keep in mind the house is older so insulation was diff then.

We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Wonderful stay! We travelled with our family and have a toddler. The house was very accommodating for our family with a whole room full of toys and books, even high chair! We took advantage of the sand toys that were in the house as well. Clean house and had everything we needed to make dinners. Shawn would proactively text us if we needed anything and gave some yummy local places to eat that we can walk to. Overall a great trip! Thanks Shawn!

This house was amazing on every level! The location was fantastic for our week-long stay on Los Angeles. SO many things close by and Travis was th best host we have ever experienced! He was so responsive and flexible and the house literally had so mnay things if you needed them. Our stay was so top notch i want the corporate people at Airbnb to model everything the way Travis does it because it was just so spectacular The location was amazing and so close to everything! THIS HOUSE IS A MUST RENT, it was a fantastic experience!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Loved staying here in Downey , mark was very respectful and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely would stay again !

Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

Convenient and a lovely! We loved being able to relax around the pool in the afternoon.

Great home, very well stocked of everything you could need. Laundry cleaner, dishwasher tablets, plenty of towels and spare sheets. Levy was very responsive and a great host. thank you again!!

It was a beautiful and comfortable home! Nestled in the hills of a cute neighborhood with a great views. The pictures definitely describe the house. Stephen was an amazing host! He was always quick to respond to questions or inquiries. He was also helpful to suggest places and things to do in the area. Definitely a place we will stay again, if in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful guest house in Malibu! The location was perfect — just minutes from Pepperdine, which made it incredibly convenient for attending my nephew’s graduation. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Our host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, kind, and so accommodating, especially with our last-minute reservation. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. Nathan was very kind and accommodating to our needs and was nice enough to show us around the place once we arrived. This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

10/10 - if you're unsure, just book this place!! the attention to detail was wonderful (squeaky clean, including fluffy towels and actual good pillows!) and it really is a peaceful, private space. yard was really great for our 2 pups (also hard to find in an airbnb) and we could even walk to a coffee shop. truly one of the best stays we've had, the hosts have thought of everything and eliminated stress/friction. we hope to be back in long beach and plan to book this place again!

Great place to stay nice and spacious homey feel. Definitely recommend, has everything you need. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a park close by if you want to take a walk. Great hosts, very communicative throughout the whole stay.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

I was here to help with my daughter’s new baby. The kitchen is perfect. Well supplied I was able to prepare some comfort dishes with no issues. The kitchen is spacious and was very clean. There was no street sounds and parking was easy. It was a bit chilly at night and there was a space heater that kept the room comfortable. It was very easy to be here. I would stay again.

beautiful and comfortable home , ideal location made travel to beach and disneyland fast and easy. also very close were shopping centers...all in all one of the best stays we have experienced. would definitely come again!!
