Absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing with just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the cozy furnishings, the space, and the accessibility to the beach. Our host was really responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay to fix things if something needed attention to. Whether you’re in Dubai for a short visit or a longer stay, this place is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

The apartment and the building are great. The location is very convenient as well. At the beginning it was not clean enough to my opinion, but the day after he send someone to clean it, so everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with plenty of room, 2 toilets and a nice balcony. The facilities are lovely including the pools (both the resident's pool and the hotel pools next door which guests have access to). We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this apartment!

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Excellent emplacement ! Proche de toutes commodités et du quartier de la marina et de JBR ! Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

A great place for family & friends holidays

Our stay at Sili & Frank’s apartment has definitely exceeded our expectations! From the smoothness of check-in, to the view from our balcony, to the infinity pool on the 64th floor, to the comfort of the bed, to the many amenities offered by this property! If we’re back in Dubai in the near future, we won’t hesitate to book again! Thank you once again to Sili who was available for us throughout our stay and accommodating in many ways ◡̈ P. S. Do yourself a favour and wake up early to view the sunrise from the balcony!

Great place to stay.. We booked this place with a little apprehension. I am glad we booked. This place is nice. Yes, a little small for a family of 4. But we expected that. Sofa cum bed was made to accommodate the children. Well, the location is fantastic and pictures are same as the apartment. Coordination from the team was good and they were super responsive. Helpful and always active to make u comfortable. they also initiated if we needed some suggestions for sight seeing, but since my itinerary was already planned, didn't ask them.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Skyline Security ist das beste Apartment, das ich je über Airbnb gebucht habe! Das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Es ist einfach unglaublich – man fühlt sich mitten im Leben von Downtown Dubai. Auch die anderen Gäste sind alle sehr gehoben, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und hatten einen reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz – sehr praktisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Team hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert. Etwas Baulärm auf dem Balkon gab es, aber das ist völlig normal, da in Downtown Dubai überall noch gebaut wird. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
