We had a wonderful few days here! It was nice and cozy for our young kids and small dog. We enjoyed exploring Idyllwild and the location was great! Would stay again!

Excellent stay in this delightful cabin. The cabin was as described and was clean and very functional. What a treat to stay in a real log cabin! Only negative was that you are by windmills which means that there is a lot of WIND, which is not host's fault. The wind would howl at night so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs! The wind made everything harder, fire pit wouldn't stay lit, it was super cold getting to and from the hot tub, and even my luggage rolled off the deck! Overall we enjoyed our experience and felt the hosts were very communicative and kind.

Very nicely appointed cabin with patio/ porch areas to relax. The road is a bit of a bumpy ride but worth the trip! Would definitely not hesitate to to stay again. A perfect place for two!

Beautiful home and views! Host were responsive and gave clear instructions on how to arrive at the house for people who don’t have 4WD which was very appreciated and thoughtful! Hope to come back!

This was an ideal place for a relaxing weekend getaway! Great location, walkable to the village and to trailheads. A home away from home with everything we needed. Expectations and instructions were clearly communicated and Anna was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend a stay here!

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

The house was perfect for my family of four. Plenty of space in living areas and kitchen was perfect. Outdoor space on deck was enjoyable and jacuzzi was amazing at night. Great location to walk to town. Overall a great place to stay

Pricilla was super attentive and quick with responding to questions before booking and also during my stay. The cabin was so peaceful and the mountain town had great local maw and pa restaurants as well as local shops. It was such a beautiful area and the cabin was perfect for me. Priscilla made sure check in went smoothly for me and was able to accommodate a couple requests that I needed for my stay. She went above and beyond as a host. The cabin was accurately described in the listing. The only regret I have, is that I wish I could have stayed longer. Hopefully I’ll be back in the area soon, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Our dogs loved the front yard, and it was a great place to hang out. We saw a kind neighbor offer someone a ride. Also, during a walk, a heating a/c worker stopped his truck and asked me if a coyote was bugging me. It wasn’t. What a beautiful community. Also, my husband, who is unable to walk very far, was able to walk to the market and the ranger station. That was wonderful. What a beautiful respite! I would recommend it to anybody.

Just go!! You won’t be disappointed. I stay in a lot of Airbnb’s and this one has it all ….the details the owners have put into this amazing home can’t be overlooked and the amenities and the outdoor space to hang in a hammock, hot tub sit in the saloon or play corn hole .. the list goes on. We will be back!!

I had a heavenly stay here. I loved everything about it. Quiet location, beautiful trees, gorgeous wood interior, and a delightful fireplace to enjoy. It was clean and clear and easy to settle right in. Very grateful for the kind and quick responses from the owner as well.

Charlotte was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had questions for her. The home itself was wonderfully curated with fun little things that we loved! (We've never heard more relaxing wind chimes) The moment we walked in we were feeling comfy AND cozy. The kitchen was all out stocked! everything you'd need to cook a delicious meal. The bathroom facilities were all in perfect working order. The house was clean inside and out as well and easy to find per Charlotte's directions. For this house to be pet friendly AND be this clean and kept was a surprise to me. The fireplace kept us warm, the nest hvac controls were easy to manage. She just had the hot tub cleaned before our arrival and we had NO problems with it. Relaxing in the hot tub and listening to all the little woodland creatures around was tops in our lovely weekend trip. We'd DEFINITELY return to Charlotte's home and we've already recommended it to friends and family that want to just get a way from it all for a bit.

Super cute cabin that is private, quiet and away from it all. It’s well stocked with everything you would need to make yourself at home for a while. Loved the fireplace and the view. Had a fully fenced yard for the pup to run around and have fun. Neighbors had dogs too, but they were reasonably friendly with my husky/malamute, as were the neighbors. A little more than a mile to town and down the street from a major trailhead, so there’s lots to explore. Would absolutely book again. Thank you Kelly!!!

My partner and I stayed with our dog for a few days in April. I’ve visited Idyllwild a couple times before but this was the first time in this area. We loved how close it was to several hikes ranging from easy/moderate-hard. There were so many thoughtful touches from Ariya: an adventure pass available to use for us to access the hikes, a bottle of wine upon arrival, dog bowls, loose leaf tea, locally roasted coffee and several ways to prepare coffee (drip, pour over, French press). The fenced in yard was enjoyed by our dog and we could all hang outdoors with ease. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed the lounge furniture on the deck as well as the hot tub. The kitchen was well-appointed so we cooked all of our meals while there, even though the location is close enough to walk to a few restaurants. I highly recommend this private and peaceful cabin!

After booking this cabin, Sandra and Morgan kept me apprised of check-in, parking preferences, WiFi access and expectations. The location was exactly as described and directions, local restaurants and amenities were all spot on. We were looking for something that was above all, quiet. And boy, their property fit the bill perfectly. Beautiful location, no surprises at all, everything was perfect. I highly recommend anyone looking for a quiet retreat while in Joshua Tree to stay at Sandra and Morgan’s beautiful cabin. And did I mention it was quiet and peaceful? Outstanding!

Beautiful location, excellent cabin. Anita was very responsive, helpful and kind. Everything was exactly as described/pictured, all amenities were great, close to town and stores, provided items were perfect and thoughtful. Can not wait to visit again!!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! The view was wonderful. We loved that the home was accessible to all the locations we were visiting, while feeling secluded and private. Property was amazing. We would definitely come back! Can’t recommend this stay enough!

My wife and I stayed in Susan's cabin in Twentynine Palms and used it as a home base while exploring Joshua Tree National Park with our daughter. We loved our stay! The cabin was very nicely finished, well equipped, beautifully landscaped, and extremely peaceful. We loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings and the evenings, and were cool and comfortable inside during the heat of the day. As you can imagine, the night sky is incredible and we all enjoyed looking at the stars on the astro bed. Check-in and check-out were easy and our host Susan was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again!

My family and myself went to celebrate my birthday at Amy's place, we were received by beautiful scenary from snowy mountains, trees, roads, it was beautiful. Place have everything you need to have nice rest, spacious, clean, blankets, towels, full stocked kitchen, tv...etc, the lovely backyard and ambience lights at night was the cherry on top. We went for a walk and into town, this is our 4th year visiting Idywild and it never dissapoints, locals are friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay...I would love to come back next year

We had a wonderful time at this amazing cabin. The location was close to town. The home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. We had 4 young children in the house, it was a perfect space for play and family time. We enjoyed the large deck to enjoy the lovely surroundings. We saw lots of wildlife including a beautiful hawk stretching in the early morning and a family of deer walking past! If you are trading with family, it is a great place to get away!

The place was perfect...quiet, private, and well-located. The backyard has a nice path along a stream that flows in the winter. We could walk to the park and into town, though there’s a steep hill to reach the children’s park. The layout is unique, with 1 private master bedroom and 3 loft-style bedrooms. While the lofts are open, the house still offers enough separation for quiet when needed. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely come back.
