Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar, aber nicht aufdringlich. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Sehr gute Lage! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I recommend the Ivo apartment, which is a guarantee of a great price for a beautiful place suitable for a vacation with small children. Nice beaches, children's playgrounds, shops and pubs within reach. We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours early, but Ivo said it was no problem and we could check in right away. The apartment was clean and spacious. A nice welcome was waiting for everyone in the fridge. Thank you for a nice vacation.

Nice, clean and spacious place! Antun and his wife are super helpful and very kind. We really felt very welcome and had nice conversations! The location is perfect to explore the island. Only little downside is the garden. As written in the description of the location you need to exit the apartment and walk approx. 25 meters to enter it. That's why the garden is not really suitable for i.e. breakfast as we did not want to bring all the dishes all the way. Anyways, it is a nice place to stay and we recommend it. Thanks a lot for having us! :-)

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Philippe. Die Lage ist super, von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist fast vor der Tür und klein aber sehr schön und ruhig. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und mit allen wertvollen Informationen bezogen auf Land und Leute informiert und betreut, beim Wassern unseres Bootes wurden wir auch bestens unterstützt, es war im Gesamten gesehen ein sehr familiärer und inniger Aufenthalt bei unseren besten Gastgebern bislang...herzlichen Dank für all die lieben Bemühungen, unseren Urlaub zu versüßen ...Chapeau

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

A szállás pont mint a leírásban. A kilátás, a környék tökéletes, pont az óváros szívében. Rugalmas,kedves házigazda. Az apartman kialakitása és elhelyezkedése csodálatos. A gyerekeim nagyon élvezték a praktikus lépcsős belső tereket. A szállásról kilépve pont ott vagyunk ahol egy turista szeretne lenni ha Rab városát szeretné megismerni. Egyetlen "hátrány " A privát parkoló nagyon messze van, több mint 1 km, de ez érthető ha valaki a belvárost választja. Összeségében jó szívvel ajánlom, akár fiataloknak, gyerekeseknek, bárkinek!

Wir haben uns bei Martina/Marijo super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war erstklassig mit einer grandiosen Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Marijo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay at! Capacious and lovely for a group of people. The sea is within a 1 minute reach on foot from the house what is an amazing bonus! Breathtaking view on the sea! Apart from that it’s situated within a close reach of other cities so it’s really easy to commute and make 1-2 trips to somewhere from here via car! The hosts are very welcoming and always eager to help you when you need them. The house itself is newly built and furnished! Last but not least the general atmosphere is very hospital, you feel as if you’re a close friend of the hosts.

We had a great stay here! Wonderful location right in the old town and a lovely apartment with everything you need! We were 4 adults and fit comfortably using the sofa bed :) would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment overlooking the small marina in Palit. Martina is a lovely host and made us very welcome. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils and an electric conducting hob, oven & microwave, washing machine. Literally a home from home. We cooked a few meals during our stay and used the balcony a lot for breakfast & lunch. It is a 15min walk along the promenade or you can walk through the forest to the Old town. Rab town is very quaint to wander around. Would highly recommend this apartment and on the day before we left Martina brought us some Rab Island cake made with almonds - very delicious and a kind thought.

Wo sollen wir anfangen?… Von der unglaublichen Schönheit des Ortes Preko oder der Freundlichkeit von Mihaela, ihrer reizenden Familie? Wir wissen es nicht, denn wir sind nahezu sprachlos. Unser Urlaub war perfekt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. 3 Wochen super Wetter, jeden Tag Sonne und das traumhafte Meer. Mihaela war immer für uns da und hat uns all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Sie ist so reizend und hilfsbereit. Ein niedlicher Ort für Menschen die Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Kurze Wege, leckeres Essen wirklich überall! Jeden Tag Eis im Poko Roko, eln Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Was für ein Priveleg, mit frischer Wäsche anzureisen und wieder abzureisen. Danke Mihaela, dass ich die Waschmaschine nutzen durfte so oft ich wollte :-). Eine Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden. In 20 Minuten erreicht man mit der Fähre die Altstadt von Zadar, ein Ausflug lohnt sich wirklich. Wir haben die Kultur und Schönheit von Kroatien sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat uns die Bodenständigkeit der Menschen gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist im charmanten Altstadtkern von Preko und sehr ruhig gelegen, dass man eine Feder fallen hören würde. Wir haben uns hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Alles hat gepasst. Vielleicht sehen wir uns irgendwann wieder, in Berlin oder in Preko, wer weiß :-).
