This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Venice. The apartment is exactly as described, very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect with the bus stop right outside the building for quick access to Venice. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Salvatore's apartment in Venice is a fantastic place to stay! It is much bigger inside than it looks from pictures, and the location is close to everything you'd want in that part of Venice. Just confirm the address and directions before you check in, as the address listed does not lead you to the apartment entrance.

Fabio’s place was INCREDIBLE!! The apartment was so close to everything. We enjoyed everything about it. He was very responsive with any questions and went above and beyond with communication. I would highly recommend the private transfer he offers. The process takes you from airport to the apartment. Would highly recommend Fabio’s place!

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

What an amazing place! Far away from the crowds to be peaceful and private; close enough to be able to join in the action without too much of a walk. Pamela is a delight to engage with. Personal, attentive and kind. She takes great pride in her stylish apartment and it shows!

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Idéalement placé pour aller à Venise en bus (arrêt à 15 minutes à pied). Logement très calme et bien situé dans un terrain entièrement clôturé avec un grand parking et portail électrique. Marco est très accueillant et parle bien français. Il nous a communiqué quelques jours avant notre arrivée plein d'informations très utiles. Il y a plusieurs logements à la location sur la propriété, nos enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants malgré la barrière de la langue.

Le logement était vraiment propre et super bien situé pour accéder au centre de Venise tout en séjournant dans un quartier calme. Lorenzo, est quelqu’un d’exceptionnel avec une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Je recommande le logement de Lorenzo sans aucun souci!

Nicola was an incredible host with great knowledge of the area. He was a very kind and responsive person. The area was perfect, only about a 20 minute tram ride away from the main center of Venice. The area we stayed had plenty to do without going to the main city. It was a very peaceful area that was pedestrian only. The house was absolutely wonderful. A very great design and it was so fun to stay in. This would be the perfect place to stay for a Venice vacation.

Alessandro is the perfect host - he has all the logistics covered but he also goes beyond this with helpfulness and generosity. The place is really charming, has lots of space and is really quiet. Alessandro had bought bus tickets for us and showed us clearly where to catch the bus - so helpful. It’s really fast to get to the heart of Venice too. Plenty of breakfast, dinner ingredients and bathroom supplies for us too. A great Venice place to stay especially if you have a car with you.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from the bus station or airport waterbus. Very quiet at night but loads to do in the area and less touristy. But also very close to the key spots and places to visit. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and also has a co-op store nearby. Great hosts, really responsive and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat out and visit. Brilliant gelateries and restaurants nearby. Flat has everything you will need.

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Our 2025 European vacation in Silea has been wonderful and a fundamental component is to be attributed to Monica’s accommodation. The apartment was perfectly matches what was seen on the listing, extremely clean, tidy and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as the two bathrooms. The view from the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. Monica is a perfect and generous host, always present and available. she fully supported us both before and during the stay. She is a very kind and nice person! What else to say...... we would definitely recommend it for all those who want to see the beautiful Silea and the other little towns like Treviso, Bassano that are easily accessible from there. A must repeat!

Appartement très bien placé, en dehors de la zone touristique mais tout se fait facilement en moins de 10 min à pied. Arrivée autonome, sans difficulté, possibilité de se faire déposer en gondole à 10 m de l’appartement. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

Везде очень чисто, отличное постельное бельё и очень удобная кровать, полностью укомплектованная кухня, со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, качественный wi-fi, отличная веранда, очень близко к центру.
