Très beau logement à Venise! Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, loin des foules. Les attractions principales de Venise se font très bien à pied à partir du logement et des stations de bateau bus sont à proximité également. L’hôte, Giacomo, était très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations.

Localização excelente, chegamos no aeroporto e de lá Silvia indicou Alilaguna, e andamos apenas 3 minutos até o apartamento. Próximo de tudo! Recomendo muito! Voltarei com certeza!

Отличная, удобная квартира. Располагается в тихом переулке, что позволяет спокойно отдыхать. Но при этом в шаговой доступности много кафе, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Алина была дружелюбна и предупредительна, очень быстро отвечала на вопросы.

Cet appartement est une perle rare, tout près du Rialto. Il est spacieux et lumineux ce qui est rare à Venise. Le Best du Best est la terrasse où il est vraiment agréable de manger ou de prendre l’apéro. Le mercato est à deux pas. C’est vraiment extraordinaire ! Il y a deux salles de bains, très pratiques. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous conseillons cet appartement ! Vraiment une adresse à conseiller. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Nous reviendrons sans doute.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

We loved our stay at this place. Close to Piazza San Marcos and lots of restaurants and local shops. Great location. The place is located in the 4th floor, but we didn't mind, because the view from the top floor was great. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable apartment which has a fantastic location, quiet and relaxing space, but very convenient for cafes, shops, restaurants, transport and exploring Venice. The rooftop terrace is a big plus, and we enjoyed a warm welcome from Nicoletta

Mario's place is a true gem in Venice. The place is quirky and artsy but not in a cluttered way - it feels homely, cosy and uplifting, a perfect oasis amidst the busy tourist-filled streets. The apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we could need during our stay. The host and his team were proactive and gave us clear and very helpful information about the apartment, the city and even parking options, which made our arrival as smooth as could be. Jacopo was an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond, giving us lots of recommendations and answering all of our questions, and the personal touch made all the difference. Absolutely stellar service from a team offering amazing accommodation. Can't recommend it enough! Grazie mille!!!

We stayed at Edoardo’s apartment for couple of days. I give 10/10 points to everything: - Fantastic communication before and during stay; - Appartment is even better than we expected; - Terrace is fantastic for morning coffee (and bubbles) - Bus stop to Venice- just 7/8 minutes. Everything you need within the apartment, close to Treviso central and in a really peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Absolutely would stay here again.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mestre! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. What I loved the most was how convenient it was to get to Venice — the bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride took less than 20 minutes to reach the heart of Venice. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, with PAM market in 5 min walking, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without having to go far. The host was incredibly welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place near Venice but want to avoid the high costs of staying in the city, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

The apartment was perfect for our family. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The wifi worked well. It could use some more lighting throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again. If you want to be near it all, stay on the other side of the grand canal. If you want to be in a quieter place, this was perfect.

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. La ubicación del apartamento en Mestre es muy buena, cerca de la estacion de tren y a 2 minutos de la parada de bus, para ir a Venecia a conocerlo en cuestión de 15 minutos. Destacamos la amabilidad de la anfitriona, nos hizo sentir como en casa, algo muy difícil de encontrar en esta plataforma. El apartamento esta muy bien dotado, tiene de todo, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario y mas, las camas son demasiado cómodas, las cobijas y almohadas excelentes. El baño es muy amplio, toallas suficientes y muy buenas. Destacamos el compromiso y la amabilidad de la anfitriona, este alojamiento se vuelve una joya escondida en una Venecia, costosa, saturada y turistica.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
