Cosy 2 bedroom unit in Padbury

This cosy 2 bedroom unit is part of my house but completely blocked off from my side. I’ve recently renovated so it’s fresh and modern. It’s self contained with kitchen and laundry facilities. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other a double. The unit has its own courtyard that has been sectioned off. Sorry I don’t allow children to stay. It’s in a perfect location in Padbury. Walking distance to the local shops or 5 minute drive to Hillary’s Marina/Beach/Whitfords shopping centre/Train.

Beautiful home with lush gardens, private outdoor spaces with gorgeous pool. Close to beach and Hillarys Boat Harbor which features a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and activities. The ferry terminal to Rottnest Island is located here. Public transportation is 300m from the door. Walking distance 1.2kms to Whitfords Shopping Centre, movie theatre, brewery/pub, restaurants and shops. Beautiful park 400m away, perfect for walking.

Studio apartment

A self contained studio located in a North Western suburb, Duncraig. Guests have a separate access to the studio and parking on premises. The studio is a brand new, modern, open planned space, seperate to the main house. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. It has a queen bed and sleeper couch (portacot available on request). Please also note that we have a friendly Labrador on site.
