I would like to say thanks to Shawn for hosting us. Our experience was great. At home u can find everything what you looking for. Beach walk by 5 min. Home was clean fresh. A lot of snacks and coffee. Bathtub amenities was also best quality. I recommend this property for short term and long term

My husband and I spent 2 days at Darryl’s beach cottage in Malibu. The house is beautiful and the location just amazing. It is simply lovely and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Darryl was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. After spending the days in a very busy Los Angeles, returning to the beach cottage was the highlight of our days. And we were very happy with the choice we made. There is a whole foods market just 2 minutes drive away. The beach is right in front of the house. On our last morning we had breakfast out on the terrace and a group of 3 whales passed right in front of the cottage! Such an amazing thing to see from your front porch! We highly recommend staying here!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

The location is phenomenal, easy walk to the beach. Nice to have a parking spot. The house is very clean, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 5 nights, the host was very friendly and always fast responsive. You can hear the sound of waves and easy to access to the Manhattan beach. Really recommend those who wanna stay at beach area.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

Yese was a very responsive and helpful host. The building is huge but very quiet and we hardly saw anyone in the hallway. The apartment was very clean. Safe and convenient location for a mother and teen traveling - easy access to the local freeway, Ralph Supermarket and Starbucks were a 5 min walk away. The parking lot was a bit of a maze but once you drive through once or twice, you know where to go and which elevators to take. The only con is the pillows! The mattress was very comfortable but the pillows need to be updated/upgraded. Overall, a great stay.

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Absolutely gorgeous. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night. Dolphins and seals right in front of the property. Amazing food all around within walking distance. The strand was so cool too. Kristina was an amazing host too. Way above and beyond. Thanks so much!!!

Ivan’s place is a gem in Malibu! Ivan’s place is well appointed and well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies, along with toiletries. The steam shower is a treat at the end of the day. The instructions were exceptionally clear and Ivan was communicative along with responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. The heaters on the ocean facing balcony were perfect for the cool evenings and mornings. There is gated, private parking provided. The pool along with the hot tub are a relaxing way to spend the day or end the day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There are restaurants within walking distance to dine in or order take out and the County Mart is within a short drive of Ivan’s place. Pepperdine University is a short drive from Ivan’s place. If you are looking for a well appointed, relaxing experience in Malibu, Ivan’s place provides this and more. You are steps away from the beach and the ocean waves will lull you to sleep at night. We hope to return very soon!

The most beautiful and clean AirBnB I've ever stayed at. The inside was decorated incredibly beautifully. Very clean, private, beautiful garden area. The view and walk to the beach made this 5/5 stars. I would recommend walking to the 'Coastal Access' beach that is just a minute walk from Geoffrey's. This place was perfect for a weekend trip to Malibu. A tiny note is I did have trouble checking in (not many instructions) and the landscaper was confused that we were there. Wish the hosts could have communicated a little more there, but not a huge problem as it all got figured out. :) <3

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

Loved our stay at Manhattan Beach! Love this location, close to the strand and beach. Restaurants are walkable. Host was clear and responsive. Would definitely rent here again.

we had a great time and a lovely stay! PROS -location was awesome! steps away from the beach and tons of restaurants. we enjoyed walking everywhere! -reserved parking spot- only good for small cars though, but there's plenty of free street parking too. -place was clean, easy to get to, and host was friendly and responsive! -worth it for the price! CONS -the only windows that opened faced a shared walkway and we didn't feel comfortable keeping them open overnight or while showering, so the place can get musty. but not too much of an issue as there are fans in some rooms. we also didn't spend too much time in the space since we were out and about all day.

We loved our stay at Kyle’s place in Malibu. It was in the perfect location, so close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Ed’s welcomes you when you arrive to show you everything including parking, entering and leaving the place. There are disposable slippers at the door. It is a well appointed and well thought out space. I stay at a lot of Airbnb places and Ed’s place is one of the best. Super soft towels, charging stations in all of the bedrooms, Kleenex boxes all over the space, several TVs, a well equipped kitchen, A/C units in each bedroom in addition to one in the communal areas. We cooked a holiday dinner and baked cookies. There is a bed in the loft that has privacy because they put a curtain that is easily closed. There are blackout curtains in each of the bedrooms. Their bathrooms are beautiful and super clean. We even used the washer and dryer after long days of packing and cleaning my mom’s house. Ed recommended a Thai restaurant around the corner that was wonderful. It is also a great location down the block from the beach. There is a great balcony with a view.

Absolutely incredible stay! The Malibu house exceeded all expectations—spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly clean. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens. Communication with the host was seamless and welcoming. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this place is the perfect coastal retreat. We’re already planning our next stay!
