Nancy’s offered space was lovely, cozy, and clean. The location with a big picture window overlooking the river was perfect. Watching the tide change, listening to the wind and the rain, and letting our dog run on the beach were highlights. We want to return to experience it in Summer to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and two small decks with chairs. Sunsets on clear days must be spectacular!

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Great spot for a family vacation. The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need and more including beach toys and an auger for clam digging! The third floor play room is the best. There’s toys for the littles while the parents play ping pong. Tons of puzzles and games for rainy days. 3/4 of the entrances to the staircases have doors but you will need to bring a baby gate for the upstairs if necessary for your babies. We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 kids ages 5 years to 7 months. Even through it remained almost every day, we had such a great time, we are already planning to come back next year.

What a beautiful home!! We really loved our time in Ocean Park. The house and yard was so very pleasant - big kitchen, fun game room for our 4 and 8 year olds, fun little sand area for them too. Fire pit was fun, grill was used daily, plenty of towels, including beach and bath (and dog dryers!!) The dining room table was SO nice - room for all 10 of us! That's always been hard to find at other places. We saw deer several times. Our own GPS got us directly to the location! The ocean was more like a 20 minute walk away, but we did fine with driving when needed - the peninsula is a beautiful place! The cranberry museum was very interesting! We all had fun wandering multiple beaches, playing games at the house, and just enjoying time together as a family. The theater room was used nightly for hilarious old Disney cartoons! We took a day trip to Astoria. The lake right there by the house was so pretty! A wonderful place to stay! SO quiet + private!

We had a wonderful time there and the place looks even better in person than the photos! Easy to walk the dogs straight to the beach and town was only minutes away by car. We will definitely come back!

Great stay overall! Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of linens and extra bedding. The bikes aren’t in very good shape, but better than nothing. No propane provided for the firepit on the deck. The pull out sofa bed is an air mattress and loses air overnight but was fine for my kids. Large fenced backyard. Very responsive to questions. Four folding chairs in the closet.
