Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach. We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. We are 1 block from the iconic Observation Tower that is the starting point of a paved hiking/biking path that meanders along Half Moon Bay to the Jetty, where the number one surfing spot in the state is located! Whether you're a winter storm watcher, fisherman or surfer, our location is ideal.

The Salt Shack: Westport Beach Cabin

Make memories on the coast: visit the historic lighthouse, book a fishing charter, surf, tour the winery, walk the soft sand beaches and bird watch. The beach, paved beach trail and lighthouse are a short 1/2 mile walk from the cabin. The 🏄‍♀️ surf break and Marina are only 4 miles. Discover nearby attractions like Twin Harbors State Park (2 miles), Westhaven State Park (2 miles) and Grayland Beach State Park Drive-On Beach Access (6 miles).
