It’s hard to describe how perfect this condo was for our family! The location is amazing, the decor is stunning, the layout is luxurious and the hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. We are already excited to return!

Alex’s place was better than I expected. It was quite safe. The staff and guards were friendly and the whole building was well maintained and clean. This place is across from a club but during the week day it wasn’t a problem. I was really happy with how clean the room was and how well maintained the apartment was. Everything actually worked, which is not always the case. I recommend and will definitely be staying again.

A dream getaway. The space is beautiful and clean. Bedrooms are just like the pictures and mattresses are so comfortable. Construction is a little in the way of the view but not enough to bother. Private beach is in walking distance of the condo and so pretty. Indoor pool was nice and peaceful. Outside pool is gorgeous and the views are amazing. Angela was the best host! Always quick to respond to every message I sent and so kind. Checking in with security was super simple and also so helpful making sure we didn’t get lost. Will definitely recommend to friends and I look forward to staying again.

Absolutely loved the place and its location in relation to everything around it. This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip and the golf simulator and other activities in the game room at the complex added so much to our trip. We were able to walk to so many restaurants and other places in the area we didn’t even have to drive anywhere and look for parking or call an Uber. The host was very fast to respond and helped answer any question I had. I would for sure stay at this location the next time I have a group trip to the area.

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

We had a great time. The room was very clean, both bathrooms clean and smelling fresh. The host had everything we needed plus extras. Thanks for everything we will definitely vacation at La Paloma Rosarito again.

Great place! Pros: Beautiful and well furnished. Safe and comfortable apartment complex. Very clean. Amazing pool and gym. Vidal is extremely responsive and helpful. Easy and frictionless check in experience. Things to consider: The unit is not really private, everyone can see inside your unit and even feel free to talk to you while you are at home, if you keep the blinds open. The king bed is super comfortable but the mattress can be a little too soft for some people. Other than that, amazing experience! I'd stay here again! :)

Did I have a little trouble getting there?. 10 minutes away from downtown Rosarito The place was really nice. I will stay there again.

Great stay! The outside of the condo was a bit older than expected, but the inside was pristine.

Nick is responsive and helpful with local tips and look around areas. Their bnb studio has got handbooks that are some of the best recommendations to do things around San Diego including Cafe, restaurants , beaches etc. The place is all you need at the heart of San Diego

We drove down to San Diego from Palm Desert and with the car’s nav system we found it easily.Sergio’s entry instructions were perfect.A neighbor told us where to find the shopping cart to assist with the move in and told us how to get to Tourmaline Beach and the Surf Park. The building is great! 2 pools and a great spa. 3 gas grills and dining tables on the courtyard are a nice touch. Sergio’s unit is beautiful and comfortable for a couple. The bed is sooo comfortable. The building is pet friendly and there are quite a few dogs- all well behaved and leashed, but a couple like to bark out their windows but it not excessively. Sergio needs to add a Soundbar to the TV, a floor lamp to improve the ambient lighting and a tall dining table for two on the patio to enable Al fresco dining. We look forward to returning next year!

Great hotel-like resort with good amenities in the heart of the Gaslamp District.

Wow! Ellie’s penthouse is perfect. The pictures just can’t do the view justice, we did not want to leave that balcony. All the amenities are brand new and everything is very well appointed. Comfortable beds/pillows, nice (non toxic) shampoo/conditioner, all new kitchen wear / appliances, new sauna, loved the murals and decor… etc. Ellie really cares that her guests have a great time and is available for questions/ recommendations, really easy going. Loved the location as well, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and it’s so close to the airport. Definitely our favorite stay in SD!

Our Airbnb was nice. Clean, basic bath & kitchen products, floor plan well layed out in a very small space. The Murphy bed is adequate. We appreciated the covered parking facility. It looks like a hotel converted into time shares. It is located on a very busy intersection but a trade-off to be close to the famous Del Coronado Hotel, restaurants, and stores. Walk to the beach and around town. On site are rooftop grills and jacuzzi as well as bicycles, fitness room, coffee/tea, etc.. The Lowes Hotel on Silver Strand provides a shuttle to take guests to their hotel for use of their pools, etc..

Lisa and Nick were incredibly friendly and responsive. They addressed any issues promptly, including a minor internet problem upon check-in, which they handled efficiently. The house was warm and cozy, equipped with everything we needed. Parking was not directly at the doorstep but conveniently located about 50 meters away, making it easy to park. The only slight downside was the sound insulation—footsteps and even the placement of cups from the upstairs unit could be heard at times, suggesting that the flooring might be a bit thin. However, there were no particularly loud noises, and it remained within an acceptable range. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place!

Enjoyed staying at this location for two nights. Met needs and was in a central location accessible to many of the main sites. Enjoyed the complimentary nespresso and the infrared sauna.

You cannot beat this location and the view! There's a dedicated parking spot in the building and then you can walk to restaurants and anything else you may need. It was great!

Our stay at Matt and Trish’s home was so great! Our kids immediately were occupied with all the toys/books/bunks that were available, we had an easy breezy check in and check out, the house itself was lovely and offered more than enough comfy space for our family of 4 and we were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in San Diego. Matt and Trish were very kind and responsive hosts and it felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We’d absolutely return the next time we visit the area.

Cristi’s home was absolutely perfect and what we needed! We loved how open the space was and we put the outdoor space to very good use. The hot tub was a great bonus especially after doing lots of walking around. You can tell there was a lot of thought given to hosting people and it was truly appreciated!

We loved this house! We had 11 people together for a family reunion and the accommodations were perfect. The rooms were spacious, and the private patios were an added bonus. Of all the vacation homes we've stayed in, this one had the best kitchen supplies. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and the location is great. We will definitely book this one again!!

We had a great stay! Place as described and looks in pictures. Clean, comfy beds, spacious enough for our family of 3. It was close enough to everything we traveled to do. Hosts were great and responsive. We LOVED the sauna! Couple of things to call out: (1) too much communication on arrival before check-in. We received text messages, messages in Airbnb, and phone calls. We responded that we understood details via text. Cutting down on the amount of comms and picking 1-2 methods would be great. It was a lot to manage when we landed already, (2) Great area with lots of food options! We were very shocked to find all of the food and groceries to be affordable! You won’t be disappointed with so many options near by. (3) Mostly everything (Legoland, La Jolla, Carlsbad) is a short 20-30 minute drive away! Thanks for hosting our family!

The host care a lot about this property and you can tell in every way. It’s decorated perfectly you feel like you are in a magazine. The beds are super comfy and the couch is so nice to cuddle in. This house didn’t work well for my husband that was in a boot from an Achilles injury. We disturbed the tenant that shares the space. It was hard for us with our group ( 4 teenagers) to keep to the quiet hours at 9 pm (early to tell teens no talking and walking around.) Which is a bummer, because the house is really welcoming and well stocked ( again owners that care and you can tell) . This house is in a killer location. A really great mall is 15 minutes away, grocery delivery is super fast and it a short drive to the beach. I think you should consider their rules closely , we didn’t and it didn’t work out great for our stay. The host do really special things that make them stand out…your check in and navigating the house a breeze. They make a video to explain the house.
