The surf studio was perfect for our quick long weekend trip! We didn’t rent a car just took the bikes Kai provides and rode them to restaurants, stores and to the boardwalk. The studio is in a nice and quiet neighborhood but close to lots of things to do. Kai was a great host, always responsive and provided many recommendations!

My friend and I stayed at Kai & Bev's Baja Hideaway for two nights and it was the perfect, most peaceful stay. Kai was so thoughtful in reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay go well. He even helped us plan out a perfect morning coffee route to enjoy the weather, ocean views, and delicious breakfast. The unit itself was so tidy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood after our busy days adventuring around San Diego, to rest and recharge. Thank you thank you thank you to Kai & Bev for your hospitality and creating such a beautiful place to stay!

This was a very pleasant place to stay for a weekend getaway to San Diego. Parking was safe and easy, simple electronic access to the unit, and the location offered many walking options for coffee and meals. The u it is centrally located for easy access all over town.

Vielen, vielen Dank lieber Kai und liebe Bev! Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in San Diego – mit einem Gastgeber, wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war einfach grandios – seine Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren Gold wert und seine Hilfsbereitschaft sucht wirklich ihresgleichen. Man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Herzblut er in alles steckt. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, super sauber und liebevoll mit vielen charmanten Details eingerichtet. Zwar ist sie schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber genau das verleiht ihr einen ganz besonderen Charakter – die Herzlichkeit dieses Ortes macht alles wett. Die Lage ist top – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, und es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung, perfekt für kleine Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt – vielen lieben Dank für alles!

This condo was in a good location - near the beach and by several shops and restaurants. It was clean and well stocked!

Great value for the price! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and allowed us to check in early. I love that the unit is upstairs with no neighbors above, and the bed was very comfortable (memory foam). The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, and having the beach cruiser bikes was a plus since we didn't rent a car for our stay. We could bike to the beach in 15 minutes, or walk to the bay in 5 minutes. Overall, an excellent stay.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family gathering. Great location near the beach, comfortable and spacious apartment with a lovely patio. Modern décor and well-maintained landscaping. Easy parking. Spacious bedrooms, especially the master, and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. We especially appreciated Marianna's help with a cooking pot and Netflix access. Check-in was a little tricky with the keypad, and the living room could use more lighting. We were grateful to host a family gathering during a difficult time. Highly recommend for families up to 6! (I did have a longer review but I couldn't fit under 1000 characters, so I sent directly to Management to review our full feedback..in a good way. =) )

Daniel and his team made our stay easy. We're stayed in the home for 2 months as we were in between homes. Communication with the team was super easy .. they didn't over-communicate, but we're always responsive. The space itself was perfect for us. Parking in the driveway is fine, but street parking is limited. Though we never had an issue. 5-stars across the board! Thanks again for hosting us!

Great location! Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Huge plus to have a parking spot too. We were able to fit our larger SUV in as long as passengers/luggage was unloaded first. All rooms have skylights so keep that in mind if you like to sleep in.

Joshua was an amazing host! He would check in throughout our stay to ensure he met our needs. Additionally, I appreciated his responsiveness in communicating with us when it came to answering our questions or providing us with information regarding our stay. Would recommend him to anyone!

Carl and Vicki's house was amazing! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (1 master with bath, one bedroom with jack and jill bathroom, and 1 bedroom with bunks). The kitchen/dining/great rooms were great to hang out in as a group. The lower level had its own bedroom with a bath, and the playroom had a futon to sleep on and an air mattress. It was super clean and homey. There were recommendations for things to do in a binder. The hosts were very communicative. The views are spectacular. If you are walking (as we did), note that it's on top of a steep hill, so you will get bonus exercise! This also is part of the reason for the great views. If you don't like walking, there are ubers, too! I was on a girls trip, and it was nice to have separate rooms for all. If I were traveling with my family, this house would also be ideal.

We had a great time staying at this home. We paid extra for the pool heating and it was definitely worth it - our family was able to swim every day even though the air temperature was in the low 60's for highs. Lots of TVs for your downtime though we probably used the outdoor one the most for our evening swims and hot tub times. Location worked well, far enough away from busy San Diego proper but close enough for all the attractions. Hosts were very responsive.

Our stay was amazing! Anita was very responsive to our questions and needs. The house was less than half an hour from all our destinations for our family trip. It was also a great house to wind down as a family after the days activities.

This was my second stay very comfy bed with luxurious sheets. All amenities to cook a meal availble.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Great place for the price! Clean rooms, bathrooms, and fresh clean linens. The floor to ceiling windows give an awesome view of the surroundings in the city.

This was a perfect "find" for me. Nice room with full private bath and plenty of hot water in the shower. Access to a fully equipped kitchen with storage for my own groceries. The location allowed me a short walk to Zona Rio for my medical appointments. Franco was a wonderful host who met me upon arrival and oriented me around the property. Franco lives with a small dog named Nala who is very friendly. She spends most of her time out-of-doors, never in the guestroom. I will definitely return!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Furnished well and all within walking distance to great restaurants and the beachs. We definitely would love to rent this place again! Thank you for hosting us!

Casa agradable, espacios amplios y limpios con una vista a la playa impresionante desde la terraza, acceso a la playa a unas cuadras de distancia. Camas muy amplias y cómodas. Agua caliente en todo momento. el sofa-cama un poco incomodo, apenas colocando una colchoneta encima para mayor comodidad. Las TVs funcionaban bien, la de la sala tenia varios canales para entretenimiento, excelente la señal del wifi en la red 2G. El anfitrión muy atento y amable. Nos dejo varios suministros básicos para nuestra estancia como papel, jabón, aceite, especias, agua... Pasamos un excelente fin de semana
