We are located in a cottage subdivision on the North Shore, between Brackley Beach and Rustico, a five minute walk to the Rustico Resort Golf Course. Brackley Beach Tiny Home

Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

KS Waterfront Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If looking for a place to relax this might be the one. From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room. Lots of tourist attraction close by and resort golf and tennis club just around the corner.

Our cottages are conveniently located in the populair north shore area. 20 min away from Charlottetown and Cavendish, and only 5 min away from Brackley Beach.
