Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

This oasis of peace and tranquility perched in the Santa Monica Mountains yet only minutes from the Beaches of Malibu, is the perfect tonic for our fast-paced, technological life. I had all the amenities needed to stay as connected as I want but with the space, design, and solitude to go inward and contemplate deeper questions. I would live there if I could!

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

What a piece of paradise! citrus orchards on the property.... incredible view of the ocean... a perfect place. We WILL be back and we will stay longer. we absolutely loved our visit and our hosts are phenomenal humans. What a joy and an honor to stay in their beautiful home.

The place itself is inside a nice little gated community with a very chill vibe. The apartments and parking spaces aren't arranged in numerical order for some reason, but there was no issue finding our way because Kiran sent detailed instructions to help us. The place itself is super cute, with a lovely beachy theme and a small patio and big sliding door that lets in a nice breeze. The surrounding grounds are well groomed and full of beautiful local plants and flowers. The beds are comfy, and the place is clean, well organized, and everything is labeled with instructions to make things easy. And of course, it's right next to the beach! It's easily less than ten minutes to get to the beach behind the complex on foot. I don't know what it's like during the busier part of the season, but while we were there it wasn't crowded, and we had plenty of space to explore the shore and play in the water. This place had everything we needed, and my family had a great stay!

I had a great weekend. The location was peaceful very restful. Just what I needed.

Advertised properly! What you see is what you get. Perfect space for a good rest. Good space for your dogs to run around outside in the backyard when the zoomies kick in!

Myself and some friends needed a place to stay after a wedding and Todd's place was perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The back yard was very private and provided a great space for us to decompress after the wedding. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

We had a great time and Maxcy’s lovely beach house was perfect for our stay in Ventura! The home was very well-appointed and there were so many thoughtful extras to make our stay comfortable (extra towels and blankets, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet. Maxcy was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Thank you so much!!

Was in town for work and Meredith’s place seemed like the right fit and it definitely was. Cozy and spacious. Steps away from the beach too which was a plus!

We spent three fabulous days at John's Malibu AirBnB! The house is modern, clean, and well-stocked! The views are breathtaking, and the property is private and peaceful. Take a quick trip down the mountain, and you will be on the gorgeous beaches of Malibu. The home was the perfect setting for a quick birthday weekend trip, and we would not hesitate to stay again!

The house was just right for our family stay. Great shopping close by. Kitchen was well stocked and they had some welcome snacks for us which was nice. I also liked being able to park in the garage.

Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.
