Very accommodating - listed for three nights we asked for two nights and Robert and Arlina made it happen.

From locating the place and starting the process with Matthew to follow-up throughout and checking in to make sure we were happy, Matthew was all over it. His customer service and promptness in responding was outstanding. The home itself was in excellent condition. Everything was so clean and fresh flowers were added to the interior prior to our arrival. He even left a bottle of wine to welcome our team. It was such a nice touch. The bedding, bedrooms and bathrooms were in pristine shape. Our team felt very comfortable in the home. All in all, this was a 5 star experience. We will definitely keep Matthew on speed dial in preparation for our next trip(s) to the Los Angeles area.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a magical time staying at this quaint little house outside of town. Within seconds of parking the car, the horse next door stuck her nose over the fence to say hi to our 5 year old daughter who was over the moon to meet this gentle giant. She spent every moment available petting her nose and feeding her bits of grass. The house is super cozy and well stocked with kitchen items (pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, etc..) all the things needed to feel right at home. We even bbq’d on the patio. The house is in a rural area, plenty quiet and beautiful with a well stocked market 5 minutes toward Santa Paula and the town of Ojai 10 minutes in the other direction. Beds and couches are comfy, plenty of sheets blankets and towels available. Angela was super friendly & responsive if anything extra is needed. The WiFi worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our family of six had a great time staying at Karen's house for over a month. It's spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. Karen was always quick to respond and kind in her recommendations and messages. We highly recommend staying here!

Mary is such a kind and considerate host! She was so flexible with my friends and me. This was my second time staying at her home because I had such an incredible experience the first time. This time was just as peaceful, lovely, and wonderful as the first. Mary was kind enough to send me local recommendations and respond to my questions before, during, and after my stay. Her home feels like such a magical sanctuary that for a moment made me forget I was even in LA. My friends and I found comfy spots outside to meditate and listen to the sounds of the frogs, coyotes, owls, bees, and the other gorgeous sounds of Topanga. I truly cannot recommend Mary’s Airbnb enough and I will absolutely be staying here yet again in the future.

Wir sind sehr dankbar dass wir die Zeit in der Hummingbird Retreat verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Kinder wollten gar nicht weg, sie möchten Karen sehr gerne....die auch wirklich ein sehr netter Mensch ist. ich finde die Unterkunft in wirklich noch viel schöner und größer als auf den Bildern, Topangas Flair hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen... wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren.

Stayed here for the weekend with my sisters and we loved it! Perfect location and clear instructions. The house is spacious and it’s nice that it’s a separate private area. Loved the pool and hot tub as well!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

This place was a fantastic get away from LA for me and my family. The amenities and location made this the perfect place for us to get some rest and rejuvenation. We are definitely coming back.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. Danna is an incredible host! This place is absolutely gorgeous and looks exactly as advertised. Nathan was very kind and accommodating to our needs and was nice enough to show us around the place once we arrived. Overall i had no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in the area. Thank you for hosting us!

We had the best time at this precious little cottage in Topanga! The place has beautiful high ceilings, lovely little bedroom nook, super clean new bathroom, perfect little kitchenette, amazing patio surrounded by oak trees. Super quiet, peaceful and private and filled with beautiful art!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

We loved our stay here. My wife loves mid century modern and the place was true to form inside and out. The minimalism was awesome and perfect for across the street from the beach. Pleasant change from the mansions and townhomes. I surf so suiting up in the garage and very brief walk to sand was great. Not many people around even better. Oxnard is our favorite getaway and this place was perfect for laying low and enjoying the beach. Go eat at Freddy's Pizza and order cheese sticks - old school Oxnard and so good!

Nona was great to communicate with and checked in with us to ensure all was going well. The views from the house were phenomenal!

i have stayed in this incredible property- my favorite home in topanga- before, but this time i arrived during the wildfires and the area was evacuated. they were immediately responsive and concerned about safety and gave me a full refund. i hope that the house wasn’t destroyed and that everyone got out in time.

Wonderful home and host! This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family visit. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was perfect for all the food prep we needed to do for our grandmother's 90th birthday party (held at another location.) Elizabeth was very communicative and did a great job setting up the home with everything you might need during your stay. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit family in the area.

Thomas was so accommodating and responsive. His place is wonderfully decorated and the bed is so comfy! It is a great yard for a dog- there is a whole side yard as well. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Would love to stay at Thomas’ place again :)

Nancy’s place was perfect for us for our week+ stay while visiting family in the area. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything that we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as we are big walkers and the neighborhood streets and the preserve trail right at the end of the road were great for exercise. It was a bit of a cool week while we were in SoCal so the heater/fireplace was a welcome plus for keeping us comfortable. As a tea drinker, I was happy to have an electric tea kettle available while my husband enjoyed the keurig machine and the supply of k-cups Nancy provided. We would certainly stay again.
