Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

Highly recommended, the view deserves a video instead of a picture. I wanted to be as close as I could to the water & I definitely got it. The kitchen is perfect for small meals. The shower was hot, good pressure & spacious. Great place for couples.

We returned to this location as it has an ever so beautiful location. The deck is very big, allowing for all seven of us to enjoy the waves, surfers, dolphins, and seals. The bedrooms each allow privacy. Our granddaughter had a private bedroom, sharing a bathroom with her parents. The photos are accurate. A bonus we had this time was meeting “Gidget”, aka Kathy, who is sometimes in attendance at Duke’s. She is the person the movies were based upon. A delightful person! If you’re looking for a spot for a group, snap this up!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

The place itself is inside a nice little gated community with a very chill vibe. The apartments and parking spaces aren't arranged in numerical order for some reason, but there was no issue finding our way because Kiran sent detailed instructions to help us. The place itself is super cute, with a lovely beachy theme and a small patio and big sliding door that lets in a nice breeze. The surrounding grounds are well groomed and full of beautiful local plants and flowers. The beds are comfy, and the place is clean, well organized, and everything is labeled with instructions to make things easy. And of course, it's right next to the beach! It's easily less than ten minutes to get to the beach behind the complex on foot. I don't know what it's like during the busier part of the season, but while we were there it wasn't crowded, and we had plenty of space to explore the shore and play in the water. This place had everything we needed, and my family had a great stay!

What an absolutely lovely place to stay. The moment we opened the door I was in love!!! We could not have asked for more…close to the beach, private and tucked away, beautiful and stylish decor…we can’t wait to come back and enjoy the pool!!!

Great location with the beach just across the street and two blocks to a great coffee place (honey bees). The quarters were comfortable with a lot of great amenities (like an outdoor shower) for those who want to go into the ocean or take a jog on the beach. The two separate master suites was great for having two couples and a great time was had by all.

We loved staying here. A perfect location for easy access to the beach and the Ventura area. Don’t let the location near Von’s grocery store and Starbucks concern you – it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful considering the location. That also meant it’s incredibly convenient to pop around the corner to pick up supplies :) The house itself was immaculate and calmly decorated, while the kitchen had great supplies, including nice pots and pans. Across the street, we liked the cafe and the Thai restaurant (we also loved the original Rice Mama Thai downtown). Sarah was also very responsive. We hope to stay here again!

A wonderful stay at Hollywood Beach! This house was perfect for my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was immaculate and Maya the host was so gracious and responsive. This house had everything you could think of. Everything was cozy and great for gathering. I would certainly stay again and will be for sure recommending this place to friends and family in the future.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We had a beautiful Easter weekend at Davids place! The location is absolutely perfect—just a block from the beach and within walking distance to everything you might need. The home is super cute and sits right on the corner. It felt like our own little oasis. One of the best perks was the private parking—no stress about finding a spot, which is such a luxury in a beach town. The outdoor areas were amazing, and we made full use of them throughout the weekend. The interior had the perfect beach vibe! Comfy beds and the home was super clean. The garage had toys that kept my granddaughter busy busy busy. The backyard was ideal for our Easter Egg hunt—spacious, well-kept, and just added to the charm of the home. I honestly can’t say enough good things about David's place. If it’s available, don’t hesitate—book it!

My stay at Vivian’s place was truly wonderful! Her home is located at a very convenient location, close to everything: the market, Downtown Ventura, Botanical gardens, and the pier! The inside of her house is gorgeous, spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The pictures posted did not do it justice; we were pleasantly surprised! My family and I enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen. The patio dining area is so lovely, but we were too cold to eat outside this time. The living room is great, my kids loved hanging out there! Vivian offers nice streaming options on TV and some games to play, so the kids were entertained the whole time. The bedrooms are serene and tastefully decorated and we appreciated plenty of closet space and the hangers. The master bedroom and bathroom are the best! My parents really loved their stay there. The room is so spacious: there is a bed, walk-in closet, a sofa, and a desk/chair. Thank you Vivian for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

Perfection. We enjoyed everything about our stay in suite 3. The apartment is well fitted out and is very comfortable. We enjoyed sipping sundowners on the balcony and soothing comfort listening to the lapping waves underneath. The hosts are super responsive and ready to help whenever needed. We’ll definitely be back !!!

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

What an amazing location! The water literally comes up to the house. Watched dolphins each morning and loved the recreation area. House was clean and eye masks were even provided for the bright loft. Thoughtful snacks and water upon check-in. Would stay time and time again!

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
