I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

We enjoyed this stay very much. It was very conveniently located close to Sunday River, which made our skiing plans easy to execute. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the house easily accommodated our multiple adults, kids, and even a couple dogs.

Cozy cottage with very comfortable bed. It was nice and warm despite frigid temps. Hosts were very responsive & accommodating with plowing the driveway. Beautiful grounds I’d love to see in the summer. We would definitely recommend staying here

I have been to many wonderful B&Bs over the last 40 years (Canada, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Virginia, ...) and Brookhirst Farm ranks right at the top. Victoria and George are wonderful hosts. The accommodations are very comfortable, beautifully decorated and very homey. The view is incredible, one you would want to wake up to every morning. Every breakfast was delicious (George's pancakes were perfect). And if that isn't enough dogs are welcome. I will be returning more than once.

The location of this place was perfect for us. All the places we wish to visit was within an hour and a half drive time. Although we did not spend much time beside breakfast and dinner in the house, it still felt warm and comfortable. It's clean and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The laundry room with the boiler and hooks worked great for drying wet gear.

My family of four and a dog had a great 3-day stay here just before new years, with lots of hiking and relaxing.

Was flexible with my check in and gave very clear directions for me to get in and to my room. Place looked amazing and well isolated.

We loved our stay, private but not too far from town or Pleasant Mountain. The place was warm clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive and hospitable. we hope to stay there again.

It was lovely to stay at a proper old-school B&B, and Amy is the perfect host. The breakfast was delicious, and the chickens, cats and goats were a highlight. I particularly appreciated Amy accommodating my coeliac disease for breakfast. Would recommend!

Sweet Tart Orchard What a lovely stay! The place was so cozy and comfortable :) We requested a S’mores kit and apple cider, and they were both amazing—so refreshing and just what we needed! Unfortunately, we lost power during our stay, but Peter kept the communication smooth and helpful. The water was clean and crisp, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk to the swimming hole. We had so much fun playing with the dogs, Pepper and Tater, and feeding the goats, Bacon and Avocado. It was so nice to stroll around and take in the beautiful surroundings :) Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! ❤️❤️

This place is a dream. Came for a quiet escape with family. Every time I looked out at the view I felt like I needed to pinch myself. I couldn't get over how beautiful it was. And the house itself was absolutely beautiful as well, I loved the setup, layout, vibe, everything. Extremely comfortable, spacious yet cozy, modern farmhouse vibe. Our hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. Kind of awesome that we came during an off-season time for the area and experienced a little bit of everything - a 60 degree day, and then snow! One of my favorite Airbnb experiences all around by far.

We had a great stay at Paul''s farm house. The house is charming and is located in a beautiful surrounding. We also had a lot of fun with the super cute and friendly animals (chicken, goats and sheep). There are also a lot of hikes to go around the area. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful location. Easy check in. The room was large and the food was delicious. And we had a great time meeting the goats, chickens, and cats!

We celebrated my sisters birthday at Adams place and I can't tell you how many times we all uttered the words..."I just want to stay here forever"....The inside was loaded with lots of comfy couches and chairs with huge windows overlooking the pond and mountains. It was such a peaceful environment! The wood stove was a plus and kept the house nice and toasty. The kitchen was fully loaded and lots of book options for those who forgot theirs. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of throw blankets for when hanging in the common areas. We want to stay here again!!

Very cozy home to relax in after a day of alpine racing. Comfortable beds…2 good sized full bathrooms…perfect size for our racing crew. Thank you!

This is our second stay at Gem and one of our all time Airbnb favorites. It has an amazing view, is tastefully furnished and decorated and we’ve never seen a property so clean and meticulously furnished and supplied. We love coming here in the winter to go skiing and have some quiet time. But I imagine this is a great spot in the summer also. Looking forward to the developing Rumford Community Forest for even more options to recreate. We can’t wait to come back!

This 1830s church was everything that was presented and more. I was impressed by the thought that went into little details (like solar lights in the driveway and door, photo album of renovation history, and so much more). Our group was 6 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Larger parties would certainly feel comfortable here. We loved that we were walking distance of town and the area was great/safe for walking. I definitely recommend this home for any family event/occasion and will definitely return if we are in the area.

My family and I absolutely loved Timothy’s place! Everyone agreed that it was our favorite getaway yet! There was so much to do and explore yet it was a perfectly peaceful and relaxing escape from the everyday hustle. We spent our time walking, rock hopping the river, climbing apple trees, and exploring the property! When we weren’t doing that we shopped at local gourmet food stores, enjoyed cooking, in a very well organized and clean kitchen, and took advantage of the killer playroom! We even snuck in a trip to Santa’s village, that is just under an hour away. At night we enjoyed the large collection of DVDs, played games and worked on puzzles. It was so beautiful to slow down and disconnect in a home that we felt cozy and safe in. I would also like to mention that this home was so well organized, clean and family friendly! Which really does make a difference when you are traveling with little kids! We highly recommend Timothy’s place and will definitely be back again!
