Great spot. A lot of recreational space. Very responsive hosts. Close to a Walmart, which was great. Couldn’t think of a better spot if you are doing the Bourbon Trail.

Loved the house and area, was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended!!

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

My group had such a great time! Looked exactly like the photos and had so much room! Everything worked great and I loved all the hot water even when we all took showers! There was lots of extras in the pantry like games seasoning cups and plates that were very helpful and a good set of condiments! Such an adorable lace and definitely would stay again next time we go to keen land! It was to cold outside for us the truly enjoy the pool but it looked lovely!

As a family of 11, finding a place to stay can be difficult. We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our large family! Our children enjoyed the hot tub outside and games in the basement. I was delighted to find a crockpot to cook one of our meals in while we were visiting the Ark (I had forgotten to bring one)! The beds were comfortable. We are glad we found this house and will recommend it to our friends! Thank you!

This house is fantastic. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, stocked kitchen utensils, and great instructions for everything in the house. This is a very nice neighborhood and we felt extremely safe. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house exceeded our expectations.

Spent the weekend for a bachelor party, this property was amazing!! Super private, plenty of space and great amenities. Our host had such great recommendations for distilleries, places to eat, and golf. Just an amazing stay and an amazing home. If you are looking for a place to stay along the bourbon trail, do yourself a favor and book this one!!

This was an amazing place to stay during our trip to the Ark Encounter for a woman’s conference. It was just down the hill from the Ark Encounter and just a few minutes from Dry Ridge. Easy access to the highway, & plenty of places to visit within 30 min to an hour of this home. There was also a great little Mexican restaurant just 5 min up the road. The inside was super clean with plenty of towels and 3 very comfortable beds and a great dining room to hang out, eat & play games. It was raining unfortunately most of the week so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoors. Cindy was very responsive and gave us the instructions not only on the Airbnb app but personally texted us for easy communication with instructions and info throughout the week when needed. Very friendly, & 100 would recommend this as a place to stay, & plan to stay here again in the future! Thank you!

I loved Cindy’s home! It was plenty big enough for our group of 11. I loved the separate dining areas to play games. The fact it had 4 bathrooms was awesome! The land the house was on , was peaceful and beautiful. In the country and town was only 8 minutes away. It was only a few minutes to the Ark Encounter which is why we stayed there! Williamstown was s nice little town, with at least 2 buffet restaurants. It was just part of a wonderfully blessed couple of days away.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have stayed at! The house was beautifully updated, pristinely clean, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfy and kitchen/bathrooms had everything we needed. Being so close to the Ark Encounter was awesome after a long day of walking. We could see the Ark in the distance from the property but were surrounded by woods and nature. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place for a large group and with kids. It was too bad the pool wasn’t open but all around good value and the A/C made it comfortable. Would stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jeremy‘s place was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! It was a very spacious house with a pool table and a movie room. It was well furnished with comfortable open spaces including the living room and kitchen. Able to accommodate large groups. Jeremy was responsive and flexible with our large party! They were great views off the back porch, rolling hills and a pasture with two horses. Checking in was easy. Travel to the ark was about 30 minutes, Creation museum, maybe 45 minutes. We saw wild turkeys, a hawk and a fawn during our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked! Definitely a family that has a passion for and rode horses! Would stay again!

The home was large enough to fit our group of 9 very comfortably. The outdoor space is very beautiful, although the interstate is very close, so you do hear some noise from that, but we didn't mind. The house was very clean and well stocked. The guest contact we had was great-she answered any questions and was quick to address any concerns or problems that came up. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Spacious and well appointed with everything you will need. Very responsive host. Located very close to 75 but far enough away that you feel like you’re in the country. We hope to stay again! 🙂

Our family absolutely loved our stay when we came to visit Ark Encounter. The space was homey and clean and had all the basic amenities you would need plus some extras. The wonderful host was so kind and even left us with fresh eggs, freshly baked cookies and local honey. We also enjoyed visiting with the chickens that helped provide out breakfast each morning. The check in and check out process was very simple and we loved the rural surroundings. There was plenty of room for three adults and we were super close to the Ark as well as larger towns further north. This is a perfect place for a family of four and I cannot say enough good things about the hosts. Thank you for an amazing spring break trip!

This was such beautiful space! Our three boys loved running around in the yard and visiting with the cows that were in the pasture next door. The area was quiet and peaceful. We had everything we needed during our stay. We came to visit the Ark and Creation Museum. They were a literal 5 mins from the Ark and only 45 mins from the museum. It truly was the perfect location for us! Would highly recommend this place!

Our family absolutely loved your gorgeous home. Our daughter’s wheelchairs fit perfectly and the open layout was beyond perfect it couldn’t have been better. We most definitely would stay again at your beautiful home.

Perfect stay! The home comfortably accommodated my wife and I, our two kids, and my in-laws. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook every meal with ease. Plus, it’s just 8 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—highly recommend! Five stars!

Best kept secret in Williamstown! Very very clean (and we would notice!), seamless stay, had everything we needed and decorated beautifully! The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable, we all slept great, which is always the challenge at rentals. Do be aware gps may take you to a neighboring property however the house itself was clearly marked and well lit with plenty of parking! Would recommend and will be booking again for our visits to the Ark!

The house was extremely spacious and invited. Good areas for interaction with our entire group but still provided places of solitude when we needed it.
