Susan was a gracious and accommodating hostess. She communicates well and is available for anything that may arise. The space provided ample room for our large family and was reasonably priced.

The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and the bed was very comfy! The location was perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, and very easy to get around town! We loved our stay!

Ron and Cindy's "Bear Necessities" Airbnb was perfect for our visit to KC. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The unit was very clean, decor was beautiful, and the King size bed was super comfy. The wooded landscape and quietness around the unit made it feel like you were far away from the city. Ron and Cindy are wonderful hosts. Ron met us when we arrived, showed us around the unit, and explained some of the various amenities and how things worked ~ which was very helpful. We got to meet and visit with Cindy the next day. It was nice getting to know the owners since they lived upstairs. They are both very friendly, helpful, and super easy to contact. If we had questions, either Ron or Cindy responded right away. After greeting us, Ron and Cindy gave us all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely recommend Ron and Cindy's place if you plan a trip to KC.

Leon & Linda's place was lovely for an overnight stay near the Plaza! We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go, and the accommodations were very clean. It was admittedly a little awkward for 5 people - although there were enough beds for 4 of us and 2 to share a bed, I can see it being most comfortable for ~3 people. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we loved the little touches like granola bars, Keurig machine, and the trivia games. Thanks for hosting us for our friend's do-over bachelorette outing!

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

Had the pleasure of meeting Jana as we were heading out from our stay. We felt safe and happy our whole time. Jana prayed safe travels over us on the way out which really blessed us. Would gladly stay again. Thanks for being real people.

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

Wonderful place, clear instructions for everything. Hand material for a fire setup if I wanted it. Responded quickly. Lovely private getaway when on a work trip for myself.

m not from the area and had a last-minute change to my flight, so I ended up needing a new place after checking out of my previous Airbnb. Crystal was super kind and accommodating she let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was right there. The bed was cozy too! I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Overall, a really peaceful and welcoming stay. Crystal was a wonderful host and I’m so glad I found this place! 10/10

Chad and his wonderful family were great hosts there home seems to be a Happy place with very joyful And respectful children, they where Very responsive, the location was clean, cozy, they addressed any issues promptly and went out of their way to make the experience better! Location is amazing, on the interstate in minutes, so if you choose to stay nearby or explore the area, it's quick and easy to get around. Absolutely spotless location, with everything from coffee pods and dishes to a hairdryer. If you want to relax in bed, you can stream from your phone to the tv. We had a question, and they returned our text with a call in about 3 minutes. Thank you for a great stay!

I recently spent two weeks at Sara's place and had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The space was clean, roomy, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and Sara was quick to respond to any questions I had. Since the unit is in the basement, there is some noise from the residents above, but it was manageable and didn’t disrupt my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely book again!

The Grandview Minimalist Studio was perfect for our needs. The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Fantastic stay! We let Stephen know we’d be arriving late (1am) after a long day of driving which was no issue for him. The unit is incredibly spacious for a couple traveling through, and very thoughtfully laid out. The next morning we got breakfast right across the street at a fantastic cafe in his guidebook, and coffee at a shop next to it that he makes the chai for. We only wish we had more time to spend at this gem of a place.

I travel to KC for conferences and this is the perfect place to stay for one person. Located close to crown center so I didn’t have to drive far. Easy to locate. Felt private like your own apartment. Everything was clean when arrived. Had refreshments in the fridge. Didn’t have to do anything to checkout. Very nice stay. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to our kids home and was able to go anywhere around and easily get back. Aaron helped me figure out the tv and was very polite and quick to respond. We absolutely will be renting again if we can.
