Mark's place was a wonderful stay! The living space has a cozy feel and we loved the full kitchen area as well. The location is perfect. Super close to FCPAC and countless restaurants, shops and retail stores (Walgreens, Dollar Tree, etc.). Mark was very responsive when we had an issue with a pot and remedied the situation quickly. The apartment is close to many bars and also the train tracks so it can be a bit noisy at night. The noise machine definitely helped. Unless you're a super light sleeper, none of these factors should be an issue. Overall, a wonderful stay and welcoming, gracious host!

Recommend this place for a stay in Appleton. Close to many locations. Parking included. Apartment was clean and had clear instructions. 2 large rooms. Was happy with my stay. *if it snows/sleets, the outside trash bins may freeze up*

What a great place to stay for a Packers game! The game was absolutely freezing and Victoria was so kind leaving us hand and toe warmers. Also, she left us fresh eggs and milk and orange juice for an awesome at home breakfast. The place itself is perfect and filled with awesome vintage items. Don’t hesitate to book this!

Cute tiny apartment. Fulfilled my ultimate priority; being close to the theater. The bed was very comfortable. There is one drawer in the whole apartment, a tiny one for kitchen utensils. So I struggled with figuring out where to put my clothes. I very much enjoyed the location.

My daughter and I stayed here during her tour of Lawrence University, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is a lovely, cozy two-bedroom with soft beds and a comfortable, homey feel. We appreciated having a kitchen to make breakfast and snacks stocked in the fridge. Communication was excellent—we received helpful texts after booking, before arrival, before checkout, and even after our stay. The instructions were clear and included photos, which made everything easy. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to Lawrence, with the museum and performing arts theater along the way. Since we’re not used to the cold, we ended up driving—just a quick 5-minute trip. It's also close to shopping like Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and Costco, which was super convenient. If my daughter decides to attend Lawrence, I would definitely stay here again.

Cassie´s apartment was as it is describe, everything was great and Cassie was always responsive. Close and well communicate with Lawrence university. I recommend this apartment if you are going t stay a few days in Appleton.

Ron was super helpful and kind and his instructions were super clear. Had food I. The fridge for us and snacks was a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back for another packer game!

The apartment was exactly as described, good neighborhood, easy access to a nearby gas station and grocery store. Plus easy access to the interstate. Overall, very good place to stay!

We had to cut our visit short but this was our second Aibnb experience and it did not disappoint. Despite having neighbors over us and beside us it was very quiet during our entire stay.
