Das Haus von Marlieke und ihrer Familie ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Aussicht ins Grüne ist einfach der Hammer! Außerdem war der Kühlschrank voll mit Getränken, Butter, Brötchen, Croissants, Käse, Milch und eine Menge Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und mehr. Außerdem hat uns Marlieke einen riesigen Obstkorb hingestellt, wir konnten uns frischen O-Saft zum Frühstück pressen, herrlich! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, es hat uns tatsächlich an nichts gefehlt. Marlieke war unglaublich gastfreundlich und hat uns viele wertvolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Highlight für die Kinder (3 und 6 Jahre) waren die Hasen und Hühner, die sie jeden Tag füttern durften. Außerdem hat Marlieke ganz viel Spielzeug für die beiden bereitgestellt, sodass niemals Langeweile aufkam. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, was sehr praktisch war. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und total gemütlich, wir haben uns einfach rundum wohl gefühlt!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arjen. La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée, dans un quartier calme, idéale pour une famille de 4. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus sachant qu’ensuite on peut aller au centre d’Amsterdam en 20 mn grâce à la station de tram toute proche. La maison doit être très agréable en été avec la terrasse au bord de l’eau. Nous espérons revenir et nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

We waren met z'n 5'en. Het was fijn dat we 4 verschillende kamers hadden om te benuttigen en dat we fietsen mochten lenen. Mooi rustig gebied en een makkelijke bus naar Utrecht. Het hebben van een parkeerplaats was ook heel fijn. We hebben het zwembad zelf niet gebruikt maar het klimtouw was grappig. Vonden het ook heel leuk om voor de hamster te zorgen ook al was hij schuw.

Nico was incredibly friendly and the house was exactly how it looked in the photos. Very easy access to the sprinter train to get to downtown Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Marnix and Margot’s place for almost 3 weeks. They very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to check in one night in advance in the evening because our other Airbnb finished and we had small kids and lots of luggage. Also, they went an extra mile and accommodated us with safety gates for our 2 year old twins. That was huge for us. The place was just as described. Renovated, nice, free of clutter. We found everything we needed. The backyard is perfect for spending time with kids. Our girls loved the trampoline and the slide. Having so many bicycles to choose from including the big family bike was an amazing bonus. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts.

Jättetrevligt boende precis bredvid kanalen med öppna fällt runtom huset. gångavstånd till lokal affär och trevliga restauranger. Kanontrevlig värdinna som rekommenderade båttur i kanalen in till Amsterdam och tipsade om diverse sevärdheter. Man kände sig väldigt välkommen men ändå fick man vara för sig själv på gården. Stort och rymligt boende.

Staying at Xavier and Catherine's home has been really great - the house is even more beautiful than the photos make it to be, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's in close proximity to the Duivendrecht train/metro station which makes it very convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Amsterdam.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

Wir waren zu sechst bei Lizet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, egal welcher Art, stand Lizet mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Vorort, der jedoch super angebunden ist. Wir wollten Amsterdam und Umgebung anschauen und dafür war es die perfekte Location: Mit Bus (alle 7-10 Minuten) und Metro (alle 7 Minuten) ist man sehr schnell in Amsterdam, aber auch gut bspw. an Haarlem angebunden, wodurch man schnell am Meer ist. Der Vorteil war, dass man dann einen ruhigen Abend am Haus verbringen könnte oder im Ort essen, ohne Touristen zu begegnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

wir konnten wunderbare ruhige Tage verbringen. Die Anleitungen haben super geklappt für die "Fähre" um zum Haus zu gelangen. Der Kontakt war stets schnell und informativ, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

Eine schöne Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam, wenn man nicht 400€+ für ein Hotelzimmer im Zentrum zahlen möchte. Mit der Bahn ist man in 15-20 Minuten in der Stadt und auch den Zug nach Rotterdam/Den Haag kann man von der Haltestelle Duivendrecht (5 Minuten entfernet) nehmen. Schöne, ruhige und sichere Nachbarschaft. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das einzige was meiner Meinung nach etwas übertrieben ist, ist der PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus, welchen man für 20€ mehr PRO TAG dazu buchen kann.
