Great location near everything Hot Springs has to offer. Perfect home for a decent sized group.

Enjoyed our stay! Quick trip and didn't spend much time at the Airbnb. Close to the track. Quiet neighborhood. Once we were there, easy to go to sleep. Had everything we needed for our quick getaway. We would stay again!

What a cute place! The street can be a bit noisy but not sure if there was some construction going on. Nice and out of the way of main traffic. Worked perfect for a weekend getaway and fast response from the host

Wonderful home. Clean, spacious, quiet. A perfect place for the evening after a long drive. We stay in a lot of Air BnB’s, and this is one of the nicest.

Pros: Very clean, easy access, safe area, cozy stay, awesome shower head, toilet is full size and not a small round one, two TVs so if you have kids you can still watch adult shows, large back fenced in yard to let dogs out, covered carport area right next to entry. Saw it described as "staying at grandma's house" and that is very on the nose. Cons: This list is very nitpicky but if the host wants feedback to increase the quality of the stay, I wanted to pass these along. As a firm bed owner, the king bed is too firm. I would recommend a topper or replacing it with a mattress that is somewhere closer to the middle between "Soft-firm." The fridge was not making ice and the host provided a couple ice trays that were already filled and frozen, but for the cost of the stay I would like to see a better quality refrigerator that provides ice and filtered water. The couch in the living room is dingy and although it was clean there is only so much you can do with an old couch.

This is our second stay at this place. Love the place. About a mile from my daughter's so location is ideal. And Roxy is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. Will stay here every chance we get.

The Farmhouse was a nice stay. We enjoyed the shady front porch for a beautiful evening visiting with our family. Inside, the home is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Ambient lighting would add a warm touch to the space but didn't hinder our experience. Though too cold for swimming this time, the pool area was nice and the water was clean. We will plan to stay here (and the Silo) again when we're in Bowie County for family gatherings. Thank you for offering such a great place!

We had a wonderful time at Steve's place. The views are amazing! The studio was just as described, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Steve was responsive and even provided us some local restaurants to try, which we did and were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The whole house is beautiful. And the loft space? Utterly perfect. Good strong shower. Comfortable couches and beds. We truly appreciate how secure and comfortable we were.

We had the most wonderful stay! Our group—a mom, and her daughters—came into town for a very special occasion: wedding dress shopping for the bride-to-be. The home was perfect for us—cozy, clean, and beautifully set up for relaxing girl time together. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. We had an amazing experience staying at Amanda Retreat in Whitehouse, TX. Ron had very quick responses when we did have questions. The place was truly like a retreat with the pool, slide and very relaxing atmosphere. Will 100% stay here again. Very family oriented.

Chula Vista is the most peaceful place to get out of the city and breathe! Herds of deer grazing in the back pasture at twilight, dark night skies, bright stars — all create a magical get-away. Your pups will love the space to run and stretch. Charles and Frances are responsive and warm hosts, and there may be a loaf of homemade banana bread when you arrive. Dont miss this special stay in your travels!

The home was immaculate, the place was absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed the huge bathrooms and that was the largest bathtub I have ever relaxed in. Beds were so comfortable. TV's throughout the property. It was definitely a five star experience. Great food options nearby.

Hattie's place is cute and has a wonderful back yard. our dog loved investigating the yard and having a place to walk around.

Felt right at home! The place was super comfy and had everything you needed. Worked great for me as a manual wheelchair user. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again if I am ever back in Tyler.

This was our third stay at the cottage. Their place is just outside of town. It is quiet and peaceful, but you can be in town in a few minutes. Everything you need for a short stay is there and the hosts are very helpful and welcoming.

I work in the medical field I had to work a 10 hr shift on the day of check in. Amanda was so understanding and flexible with the check in time. Very responsive place was quiet and quant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely saving this location
