This was my second stay at the host’s place and definitely not the last! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Highly recommend – a great experience once again!

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the spacious living area that opened up to a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The location was ideal, situated close to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

Heel toffe locatie! Alles is aanwezig in het appartement om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Gezellige inrichting, fantastische ligging vlakbij het vissershaventje, op 10' wandelafstand van de oude stad, tussen 2 stranden in, keuze aan restaurantjes in de buurt en toch rustig gelegen. Heel mooi zicht op de zee, de haven en de zonsopgang vanaf het balkon. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk, alle informatie was heel duidelijk vooraf gecommuniceerd en hij antwoord heel snel op vragen. Dit is echt een toplocatie om Larnaca en de omgeving te verkennen.

This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! Again, we cannot fault anything about staying here and when we return to Cyprus - we will deliberately seek to stay with Themida again because we love staying with them so much Thankyou again for having us Love from Jordan and Kemmy

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

A really nice stay. My wife and I took the whole villa and it was great. The pool and outdoor area was just what we needed. Inside was clean and well stocked. The bus and bikes outside allowed us to travel easily without a car. A great stay and well worth a visit

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! Pobyt se nam moc libil. Dum odpovidal popisu a fotkam. Alison je skvely hostitel, rychle reaguje na vsechny dotazy. Zaroven nam umoznila pozdejsi odjezd, coz nas velmi potesilo. Dum je umisten opravdu par kroku od plaze, je dobre a moderne vybaveny. Dekujeme za krasne dny.

This was a great place to stay! Just next to the beautiful palm beach. There are good restaurants around. It was very peaceful walking next to the beach and it is very close to the walled city. Annabelle is very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place !! Enjoyy ! I'll be back 😍

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist phänomenal, alles ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation war tiptop, der Check-in einfach und die Lage für Ausflüge super. Wenn wir nochmal nach Zypern kämen, würden wir sicher wieder hier übernachten wollen.
