We had a great stay for our wedding weekend. Conveniently located on the historic square that has great shops, restaurants, and businesses. Check in was easy and there is so much space inside the bnb. Will definitely be recommending this stay to out of town friends and family!

Loved the location! Walking distance to almost everything! Brian was very responsive to questions that we had. Beautiful shop (Candi's) and nice pub (A&P) surround entrance. Would definitely recommend staying at Brian's place! A+

I had my family visit we stayed here because having 6 family members staying in my 2 bedroom apartment wasn’t gonna work out! Walking distance to restaurants and groceries!

I have stayed here several times and always been completely satisfied with the accommodations, price, cleanliness and convenience. Kay is an awesome host and has the BnB well supplied. She has been quickly responsive to any questions or requests.

Mary Beth’s place was a delight to stay! It was a private place we could enjoy time with family and comfortable. I wish I had more time to walk in the woods.

3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms!! So nice and spacious. Very clean. The blue velvet couch is so pretty and huge windows in every room. The pool table, gym and accommodations on the 4th floor were awesome. The whole building is clean and safe.

Stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. Fantastic place to stay. While you know the owners are upstairs you frequently forget they’re even there because you never hear anything. Loved the fact that they offer the little, thoughtful things like new toothbrushes, toothpaste, and my 1 year old appreciated the mini candy bars! 😂 Only downside was the poorly paved road it’s located on. Not really anything that can be done by the owners about that though. Would definitely stay here again!

Poppy's Place is lovely! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean, bathrooms pristine, kitchen well appointed. The beds were great - very nice mattresses with comfy sheets and blankets. Plenty of towels and extra linens were available if needed. We were able to park in the garage, which is a real perk for a rental. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, very near a Dollar General for quick supplies. Dixie was super responsive and left excellent directions regarding check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second year we have stayed at Riad’s place to attend an Iowa football game and we will be back! Super clean, great host and great location.

We were looking for a place to stay for a wedding and this was the perfect spot! Such a cute home that had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Newton!

The place was great for a weekend stay while our son was visiting Central College. Super clean and very comfortable. Snacks left for us was a great touch for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

Suzannah's place was very nice. Clean and homey. I felt at home in the kitchen because she had many things I have in my own! Loved that there were stainless steel pots and pans. Dishcloths! All linens in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were quality cotton. Very comfortable queen bed. I had a friend in the neighborhood so that was convenient. The only teeny issue I had was the smell of mildew in the breezeway entry which is the entry she asked us to use. I am allergic and sensitive to mold and mildew. The rest of the house had no odor so it was not a problem. Just wanted to mention it in case others have similar health concerns. Overall though, 5 star and I would return.

This was our second year staying here as University of Iowa alumni back visiting campus. Great location to be close to campus but have your own private space. Clean and comfortable house and Lama communicates really well. Looking forward to being back again!

This home was ideal for our large family of adults and children. Plentiful sleep space and an open floor plan to help us enjoy being together.

The Chalet was just what we were looking for. Plenty of options in walking distance for food, groceries, and parks. Walkable to the university and Amanda was helpful whenever we needed something. We will look for her space when we return to Fairfield!

I had a fantastic stay at Ciara and Sarah’s apartment. Communication was excellent, with prompt responses—not that they were often needed! The apartment was incredibly easy to find, simple to access, and perfectly located near a variety of great restaurants and bars. Inside, the apartment was spotless, with a well-thought-out layout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the showers were great, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only thing missing was a kettle, which I would have appreciated for my tea-loving English habits—but there is a coffee machine for those who prefer that! Would I stay again? Absolutely. It’s a solid 5 stars all around!

Aarons zentral gelegenes Apartment ist toll eingerichtet und einfach grandios! Wir haben den großen Wohnraum mit offener Küche geliebt. Die großen Fenster und den Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer der Innenstadt ebenso! Absolut empfehlenswert!

This place was awesome! It was very clean and well maintained. Came to Iowa because my daughter goes to school here and we were celebrating her birthday and mom's weekend. The location was perfect for what we needed. Parking is across the street. Only recommendation for garage is more lighting. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Andy's apartment. We came over to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The apartment is in a convenient location, close to the main centre as well as the Campus and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, homely and in excellent condition with a lot of attention to detail. Having an underground parking space was also a huge bonus.
