Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Uus stiilne ühe magamistoaga korter kesklinnast 15min autosõidu kaugusel. Korter on avar ning suure rõduga , millel mõnus hommikupäikese käes kohvi juua. Korteris on olemas kõik vajalik, et end koduselt ja hästi tunda. Võimalik on pesta pesu, kokata ning nautida kiiret internetti.

Cozy and private one-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for two guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and its homely atmosphere makes it ideal for both short and longer visits.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
