We just spent a week at James‘s place in Kissimmee. Highly recommend. Perfect location, easy and close drive to all the parks, shopping, restaurants, and the airport. The house was very clean, which I am very picky about so I was very pleased with that. We enjoyed the small pool at the house, and went to both community pools several times during the week without any problems, the kids loved that. James was very easy to communicate with and responsive to all our questions. We would definitely book again.

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We had a perfect vacation! We can’t wait to book again! Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us!

Amazing stay for me and my 5 friends. The king sized bed upstairs was very comfortable and the other beds were also very comfortable. The couch in the room downstairs is big enough for someone to sleep on if need be. Really great time here.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

A very nice townhouse. We stayed 10 weeks and were very comfortable. Everything was clean and in working order. I would highly recommend and would stay here again. Very close to dozens of restaurants, shopping and of course Disney. The gated community is walkable and feels safe. 5 stars to Jose and his home!

Family and I had a great time at Ivy’s place. Area was quiet and home was clean. We especially loved how close it was to Disney World. Will definitely plan to stay at Ivy’s place again next time we are up in the area.

We had a great two-night stay here! The home is in a convenient location—just a short drive to Disney—which made our trip super easy. The space was clean, cozy, and overall very comfortable for our family. Before booking, I saw some reviews mentioning a lot of rules, but in our experience, none of them were unreasonable or difficult to follow. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. A couple of small things to note for future guests with young kids: there’s no baby gate, and the stairs are steep, so wrangling our toddler was a bit of a challenge. Also, the Ac is locked so while the AC was set to 70, it still felt a bit warm at night since the rooms didn’t have ceiling or portable fans. Even with those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a quiet, convenient spot near the parks!

Vincent's place looked exactly like the listing and was extremely clean. It had all of the items we needed and more. As a family, this was the first time we spent Christmas away from home. We arrived to a Christmas gift for our family, which was very thoughtful. Vincent's responses were always prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this location! There were child-friendly plates and bowls, which is a huge plus for our family with 5 kids! It was clean and had a lot of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We also loved the location and how close it was to the clubhouse. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and we’d love to come back again!

Highly recommend booking! We felt very safe in the gated community. The locals were welcoming and friendly. The community was clean and peaceful and full of beautiful scenery! The pool and splash pad were clean and easy to access. The house was full of all amenities that we needed for the week and it was very clean! Gil was quick to respond to our questions and was very polite and professional. Disney MK and Gatorland were within 30 minutes of the house which made for quick day trips for us. Also I wanted to note the beds are actually comfortable! It's almost impossible to find a good bed in a hotel/rental but these ones were amazing and we all slept great. Thanks again Gil & Chris! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip :)

Loved everything about the place, it was just what we expected. Beds were comfy, patio was wonderful. The resort was fabulous , from the pool to the nachos and drinks at Zaks. The location was perfect!

Place is great for the price the house is clean and comfortable for small family the view is phenomenal quite and green A pool right next door and privacy is great Host is super nice and responsive I would come back

Our stay here was lovely. Very comfortable with all the essentials needed for our stay. Threesa was a wonderful host and her home was extremely welcoming. The home is in a perfect community for taking a stroll and close enough to lots of shopping and dining. An excellent choice if your staying in the area or looking to be close enough to Disney World and all the Orlando attractions. Highly recommend this host and looking forward to booking again next year!

I shared the home with 2 other friends as we were attending a business conference in the hotel tower across the street. The location was IDEAL and gave us the extra space and quiet to relax after a long day of networking. When I returned to the townhouse about 8pm and found the smoke alarm beeping, Rose and her team were quick to come right over and change the battery. (I would have simply handled it myself but naturally the one that was beeping was in the high ceiling area so I couldn't reach it.) I truly appreciated their willingness to address it on short notice so late on a Friday evening. I will definitely look to stay here again if I have another conference to attend.

Nos sentimos em casa. O local corresponde a descrição. A casa fica em um condomínio, fácil de encontrar e fica em boa localização. Tivemos a sensação de segurança. Tinha vaga de estacionamento. Tivemos um problema ao entrar no condomínio por conta dos nomes na portaria, mas logo foi solucionado pelo anfitrião. Recomendo o lugar. O anfitrião sempre respondeu com rapidez.

Es un lugar que te invita a regresar. Me sentí como en casa. Excelente ambiente y tranquilo para ir con la familia. Totalmente recomendable! Si tengo otra oportunidad más adelante, seguro me hospedo de nuevo ahí.
