La villa con piscina di Ugo si trova tra le due spiagge più famose della Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna e Foxi Mordegu: la strada principale è unica anche se non illuminata di notte, sicuramente con Google Maps e la posizione fornita è impossibile non raggiungere comodamente il posto. La casa è in un villaggio privato chiuso al pubblico (se avete amici nei dintorni non potete ospitarli, in compenso ci sono delle soluzioni con piscina condivisa se volete fare una vacanza di gruppo). Avrete una chiave per aprire il cancello automatico e una salita che vi porta in uno spiazzo esclusivo accanto alla casa per lasciare l'auto. La piscina è splendida trattata con il sale (chiedete di spiegarvi come accendere la luce notturna). Ci sono sdraio, angolo relax e tavolo. Il porticato è enorme e c'è ombra dalla tarda mattinata in poi. L'interno della casa è pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, clima, macchina del caffè). Ugo è sempre disponibile per ogni problema!

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed at stay at Italo’s AirBnB, the apartment was pristine and includes absolutely everything you would need. Italo is a great host and has some brilliant recommendations - we really enjoyed our trip to a local beach that Italo recommended! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to book. Great stay!

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

This villa was such a find! Even nicer than the photos, in a lovely quiet spot but very accessible. Less than 10 minutes drive to characterful San Teodoro and several idyllic beaches, with amazing views of mountains or sea in every direction. Even at the end of April it was warm and sunny enough to swim in the pool/sea (for a Brit anyway!) and not at all busy on the beaches. The house was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and two good-sized modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the pool, which was really well maintained. Luca was a great host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Thank you so much. Sardinia is beautiful - we don’t normally stay anywhere more than once but might be tempted back here!

Kleines, sehr gepflegtes, stimmig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Sehr herzliche, sehr hilfsbereite und äußerst kommunikatives Gastgeberpaar. Hier kann man schöne Tage verbringen. Herzlichen Dank für Alles, Maria Francesca und Sebastiano!

We had a pleasant stay at Paola’s place. Paola and Alessandro have been very kind and friendly. Communication was easy and fast. The place is at a beautiful place with a sea view. The beach is 500 m walking distance. The house is well equipped with everything you possibly need for your stay. We would come back without any doubts.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar und schenkt sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Wenn es nicht unbedingt ein Sandstrand sein muss kann man auch gut vorne zu den Klippen laufen und dort eine Runde Schwimmen und sich Sonnen. Die Lage des Hauses bietet auch eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Virginia ist eine äußerst hilfreiche und freundliche Gastgeberin ! Das Ferienhaus ist zu 100% wie auf den Fotos und in den Texten beschrieben. Es liegt sehr zentral, nicht leise aber auch nicht so, dass es uns gestört hat. Die Dachterrasse ist super, wir werden sie vermissen ! Mega Eisdiele, ich behaupte das beste Eis welches ich je gegessen habe. Leckere Pizzeria in 1 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt nebenan. Tolle Weinbar ebenso 1 Minute zu Fuß. Kleine Bäckerei, Apotheke, Käserrei und auch eine Metzgerei sowie 2…3.. weitere Lädchen im Ort und ohne weitere Fußläufig erreichbar. Baunei ist toll. Das Ferienhaus ist toll. Der Urlaub ist ein Genuss gewesen. Strand, wandern, Leute, Land, Meer… Sehr zu empfehlen ! Alles Liebe an dich Virginia und auch an Angela 😀 und alle Helferlein 😉

Vooral de veranda is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. En je loopt zo naar de kristalheldere zee voor een duik! De woning is op een soort compound die heel netjes onderhouden is. Met een huurauto rijd je zo overal naartoe, en in het dorpje vlakbij (San Paolo) vind je al leuke restaurantjes en supermarkten. Het huis is overigens meer dan compleet uitgerust! We hebben genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía María Antonieta muy amable como anfitriona y pendiente de las pequeñas cosas. La playa a una cuadra del lugar una belleza. Hay además buenos restaurantes sobre la playa y la casa está a cinco minutos en auto de San Paolo. Por la época que fuimos los comercios no funcionaban a pleno y había algo de humedad.

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern in der Doppelhaushälfte verbracht und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Pinienwald und warmer Außendusche waren unser Highlight. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig in der Wohnsiedlung mit netten Nachbarn nebenan. Die zwei Betten unter dem Dach erreicht man über eine steile Treppe mit Geländer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine war super. Die Fliegengitter vor allen Türen&Fenstern sind prima. So konnten wir nachts kühl schlafen. Der nahe gelegene Strand war im Oktober größtenteils mit Seegras bedeckt. Für Spaziergänge und tolle Ausblicke aber dennoch wunderschön. Marco war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die liebe Putzfrau hat uns noch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gab einen Sonnenschirm und extra Badehandtücher. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger bleiben wegen des späten Rückflugs. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Wir behalten unseren Sardinienurlaub in bester Erinnerung!

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Wohnung mit all Ihren Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl und zu hause gefühlt.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, dans une rue calme avec un jardin sympa. Village authentique, situé à la fois près de super plages mais aussi de l’arrière pays montagneux. Explorations multiples très appréciées donc ! Ivana est très réactive et disponible. On a tout aimé !

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Auch wenn wir nur zwei Nächte im Airbnb verbracht haben, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gefallen, alles wie beschrieben und der Garten war besonders schön! Im April hatten wir den Strand fast für uns allein. Baden war sogar möglich, also gerne Strandtücher mitnehmen. Zu Fuß erreichbare Restaurants gibt es in der Nebensaison nicht, jedoch konnten wir in der Küche sehr gut kochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our welcome was very warm and made us feel at home straight away. The house was amazing and the beautiful courtyard was a joy. Thank you Giuseppe for your great welcome and I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend. Die Terasse ist groß und bietet viel Platz, um auch bei Regen mal draußen zu sein (wir waren im Oktober dort). Drumherum sind viele andere Ferienhäuser, im Oktober war aber fast nichts los. Allerdings wird unweit noch eine weitere Siedlung gebaut, sodass wir an einigen Tagen Baustellenlärm hatten. Das wird sich aber natürlich ändern, wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, oder am nahen Strand waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Der Strand ist 500m entfernt und echt schön, feiner Sand, geht flach rein: gut mit Kindern. Es gibt außerdem ein Bar-Restaurant am Strand, super! Ein paar Meter vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit dem Nötigsten. Sehr hilfreich. Der nächste auch eher kleine Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Grazie!
