We had a very comfortable stay. Communication was quick and easy. We extended our stay at short notice, which was most appreciated. The house was as described and well equipped for our stay. It was close to attractions, supermarkets etc if driving. The spa was a great addition. I would recommend the property.

Rebecca has a beautiful place to host our group. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and the outdoor area for the kids. The house has lots of space to offer, it felt like home. We loved stay there, especially when the weather isn’t great, we still have plenty to do around the house. Thank you for hosting us.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

We really enjoyed our stay at Buddy and Rachel’s. We spent 3 nights here as a group of three. The home was more spacious than expected and extremely comfortable. We loved the attention to detail and the high end finishes and comfy bedding. The yard was very private and full of various fruit trees, truly a little oasis. The home itself was very well equipped with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and easy going. This is a great jumping off point if you want to explore Rotorua and its surrounding areas but stay in a comfortable and affordable spot. Highly recommend!

Graeme's home was perfect for our extended family group. Lots of bed options, great indoor and outdoor living spaces, plus the pool and the spa meant everyone had a wonderful time. Graeme is very friendly and hospitable. and the house is really well equipped.

Great place, amazingly secluded and private with great views. Perfect for a getaway

We can’t fault the place. It’s magazine worthy, a house I only dream to have myself and decorate. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The house is on the warmer side, but the air conditioning helped cool down the place. The pump runs constantly and it’s close to the wall of the main bedroom so it’s something to be mindful of. It’s great if you like a bit of white noise. Instructions were clear. Check in and out was a breeze. The place was neat and tidy. The team quickly responded to messages and they were very accommodating. Would definitely book this place again.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. such a lovely spot. perfect for a few days away. the outdoor baths and the fire pit with marshmallows provided are wonderful. so easy to sit on the deck and gaze at the view and enjoy the serenity. loved our stay.

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.

It was a pleasure to have Sonia as our host as she was so proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was lovely and everything inside was exactly like the photos. The spa pool was definitely a nice touch. Would definitely come back again!
