We had an incredible 3 week stay at Nebila's place and hope to return again soon! Nebila was a wonderful host - always very kind and friendly, and very responsive and helpful on the rare occasion that we had questions. The home was even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures depict. It was the perfect space for my colleague and I to use as homebase during our stay in the Lebu area. The location was also perfect for our needs. The apartment compound was lovely and peaceful, and everything we could possibly need was in short walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend Nebila and her home!

Assegid is a very good host and his teamate Temesgen is the best. He's available, helpful and very kind. The accommodation is exactly like the photos show. It was clean and comfortable and everything were working. The location was also perfect. I recommend this accommodation.

Great place.

Great apartment with a beautiful view. It can be very loud - there's a bar across street which has music going you can hear clearly in the afternoon and evening. Laundry and trash can be done by the cleaning staff if you ask, and there's a good takeout place on the ground floor (in back).

I found the apartment exceptionally homey and felt like home away from home. Everything was in order and the host is very responsive. Supermarket and coffee shops on the ground level of the building made our life easier. The place is les than a km away from Bole airport that you can literally walk. It is also located in the middle of Addis’s luxury nightlife surrounded by tons of high end bars, bistros, restaurants, night clubs, spas, … everything we need to pamper ourselves. Above all the neighbourhood is the safest part of the city. My wife and I had a great time at Habtamu’s apartment. Highly recommend it.

The host is friendly and very responsive regardless of the time. During my seven days stay I had a maid dedicated to house cleaning and laundry. She came twice during that period to ensure that I had clean linen and washed my clothes. I've been a guest for several years and mostly in United States where I currently reside. This is the second place outside of the US where I've had such great service. The apartment is clean, secure and a walking distance to shopping. I highly recommend this host and his properties and will definitely consider using this place again during my future visit to Addis Ababa.

Great stay! The place was comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood . The host was friendly and responsive. Very flexible in terms of times for check in times which is usually hard to find. It’s perfect for a long stay. Would recommend!

I had an unforgettable stay. The host was exceptional and kind, going above and beyond to make me feel very welcome and comfortable. She picked me up from the airport and also provided very helpful information about major tourist attractions for me to enjoy my first trip to Ethiopia. The amenities provided were well-thought out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Lyobel's apartment is very good value for money and cant think of any other place such this in the neighbourhood. Its close to good restaurants and cafes and just by ECA. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Its fully equipped. I stayed for 1 month and during this time Lyobel was the perfect host, always responsive and attentive to my needs.

Dereje’s place is one of the best places in Addis Ababa . Me and my kids had a blast . The place is everything we needed. All the information given was accurate. Communication was very simple as Dereje is very responsive. Kibebew who helped us to check in was very kind. He made our stay pleasant. I can’t recommend this place enough .

This place looks exactly like the pictures, if not even better! It’s spacious, clean, and located right off a main street, making it super easy to get in and out. One of the best parts was having a restaurant conveniently located downstairs, perfect for those days when you don’t feel like heading out. There are also tons of other restaurants within walking distance, and just about everything else you might need is just a quick 5-10 min drive away. The building itself has some great amenities too, including a hair and nail salon (which I used and really liked), plus a gym and spa that I didn’t get a chance to check out but loved knowing were available. Although I didn’t get to meet Eyob in person, he was friendly and easy to communicate with over chat. I mainly worked with Aman, who was fantastic, super responsive and helpful any time I had a question.

I had the pleasure of being the first to stay at this particular unit. She was very responsive and connected me with someone to make my first visit to Addis Ababa pleasurable & memorable. The inside of the closet door houses a longer mirror so you can check your attire before you leave out for the day. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor of the building which provides nice food options & the building manager insisted I do the coffee ceremony which is aromatic & amazing. I only wish I had more time in this beautiful city.

Very clean and spacious place. All appliances worked and fantastic location with everything needed within walking distance. A special thanks to the driver provided for being very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
