A great place to stay, the apartment is very modern, clean and very warm. There is plenty of allocated parking and is close to all amenities. This is my second stay here and would book again for my next visit.

Bert’s apartment was excellent. It was even better in real life than on the pictures. We had two dogs and a toddler with us and were all very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Bert was an excellent host. Really friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend a stay with him.

The Farmhouse at Kingsdale Apartments was perfect for the 4 of us even though it can easily sleep 6. Lots of rooms to spread out and beautiful views out of the surrounding window. The kitchen window is large and faces west for amazing sunsets. Robert was very responsive and helpful when we had a few hiccups. Situated between the towns of Kirkwall and Stromness made seeing places and getting around in our rental car easy. This is our 2nd visit to Orkney as a group of 2 couples and my 3rd as I came on my own a few years back. So far, the Farmhouse is my favorite place to stay.

The accommodation was perfect for us. A short walk to centre of Kirkwall. The house was very comfortable and spacious and worked very well for three couples. It was one of the best resourced Airbnbs we have have stayed in. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful ( especially as the couples we arrived at different times ) and his attention to detail was apparent in all aspects of our stay and helped make for a very memorable holiday . Highly recommended.

Widefirth 2 was a very comfortable cottage with everything we needed. Lots of space, warm and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped and the welcome hamper with all local produce was very much appreciated. Lounge furnishings were very comfortable and there was good quality bed linen. The large enclosed garden was very much appreciated by our Bernese Mountain dog, who enjoyed exploring. There are spectacular views across the bay, however unfortunately due to the wet weather the paths were a little muddy and we didn’t get to explore the walks as much as we wanted to. Although Widefirth is a little off the beaten track, it is well signposted and is a good location for exploring the Island. Kirkwall was only a 15-20 minute drive and around 30-40 minutes drive to the Ferry terminal at St. Margaret’s Hope. Greig’s wife welcomed us and Greig came to ask how we enjoyed our stay before leaving. I would definitely recommend Widefirth to friends and family, and would definitely stay with them again

Wonderful stay on Westray. Lovely cottage, great location and kitted out with everything you need to be home from home. Host was really helpful and flexible.

Perfect home base to discover Orkney! There were restaurants nearby if we wanted to eat out, a grocery store in walking distance when we wanted to eat in and We were close to the Neolithic sites that Orkney is famous for! The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and though we didn’t have children with us it would have been perfect for a young family as well! We can’t say enough about Dawns place. We had a wonderful, relaxing time! Thank you!!

As this was our first visit to Orkney, a great location with convenient shopping and transport. Very comfortable and stunning views from the upstairs sitting room. And no need to carry a suitcase up the stairs to the bedrooms! Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tableware. Perfect for a relaxing break.

The house was spacious, really well stocked and in a great location. Lizzy communicated really well and made the whole stay very easy We had a fantastic two weeks there. The garden is a good size but for anyone bringing pets it is not secure.
