La casa è spaziosa, molto pulita e funzionale: eravamo in 9 e siamo stati benissimo. La cucina è ben accessoriata, c'è un ampio giardino e lo spazio per fare colazione all'aperto. Tutte le stanze hanno il condizionatore. La posizione è molto tranquilla, un po' distante dalle spiagge, ma in un tempo non eccessivamente lungo si possono raggiungere le più belle località della costa occidentale. Roberto è un host molto reattivo, gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo lui e anche il suo papà, che ci ha fatto omaggio di un cocomero buonissimo!

Armando's house is located just outside the city of Alghero. By car you can quickly get to the city and at the same time you will have enough privacy in the huge garden, on the terrace and in the very spacious house (3 bedrooms and large living room+kitchen best fit for 4-6 guests). At every point it is noticeable that the house is maintained and cared for with a lot of love. The cleanliness was outstanding in this sense.

Très belle maison en hauteur de Marina di Arbus avec une vue exceptionnelle, magnifique, extraordinaire sur la baie et la mer. La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, fidèle à la description et le jardin agréable. Daniele a été de bons conseils et très réactif dans les échanges. La Costa Verde est magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature, nombreuses plages sauvages à proximité ; la supérette et les quelques restaurants sont bien suffisants pour des vacances réussies.

Valeria è stata fin dall'inizio molto disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutti i nostri dubbi. Inoltre, visto che la casa non era dotata di lavatrice, su nostra richiesta, l'ha installata per il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha accolto la signora. Tonia, una persona gentile, solare e sempre disponibile e discreta. La casa rispecchia pienamente la descrizione dell'annuncio e rimane fresca, per via della orientazione e per stare in un punto alto e vicino al mare. La veranda è tranquilla e intima. La casa in generale è tranquilla e i vicini sono rispettosi. Santa Caterina e i dintorni, sono un posto magico dove trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e a contatto con la natura. Siamo appena andati via e non vediamo l'ora di tornare ;) Grazie Valeria e Tonia, è stato un piacere conoscervi!

We spent two weeks in Torro del Pozzo in Alessandra's beautiful house. The view from living room, the bedrooms and especially from the terrace simply is amazing! The interior is friendly and spacious. The kitchen is small but very clean. There is a patio behind the house that is lovely when it's hot. We loved the small beach by the house just a two minute (steep) walk from the house! Parking the car proved a bit tricky, since our van was a bit oversized for the small (and again very steep) driveway. Turning the car in front of the neighbor's garage always took a few minutes but we preferred that to driving up the driveway backwards.:) The road is close but was rarely heard, the restaurant across the street (bar del capitano) makes great pizza! :) We loved our stay and really recommend Alessandra as a host and the villa as home base to discover this part of the island!

J'ai récemment passé des vacances incroyables à S'archittu en Sardaigne, et je ne peux que recommander chaudement la location d'Antonio via Airbnb. L'accueil était chaleureux et attentionné. Antonio a été un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils sur les meilleures activités et restaurants locaux. La maison était propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée, offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Merci encore à Antonio pour son hospitalité.

We are extremely pleased we booked to stay here. The view from the deck was so much better than the photos showed, it was absolutely stunning. The location was incredibly peaceful and the villa, which was built by Vincenzo’s grandfather was beautiful and very spacious and authentic. Although there is no air conditioning the windows had mosquito screens so could be left open all night to allow a breeze. Vincenzo was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. The jetty was only a few minutes walk and a great place to swim. We highly recommend staying here and it was quite nice to not have wifi. The only inconvenience was having to throw away our rubbish but maybe this is common in Alghero as we saw other cars doing the same. Thank you Vincenzo, staying in your home was a highlight for us.

Wunderschönes Anwesen für gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out. Durch die Lage ist ein Auto empfehlenswert um an den Strand zu fahren. Ansonsten sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

pierluigi's villa was great. there is a really big pool and nice surroundings. in the villa you find everything for cooking etc and there are also a lots of water and other toys, which you can use and play. in the yard you can find a couple of lounge areas and a barbecue. michele (a co-host) was very helpful and answer quickly, if we needed something. i definetely recommend this villa for everyone.

Ottima la posizione. Ampi gli spazi al piano terra ed esterni. Trovata la casa in ordine e cucina con ampia attrezzatura. La proprietà è sempre stata pronta a risolvere le piccole problematiche sorte. Nel complesso il giudizio è più che positivo e sicuramente consigliamo l'immobile.

We stayed at Villa Josephine for a week from July 30th to August 6th 2023. The villa is roughly a 15 minute drive from Alghero airport and 7-10 minutes from the centre of Alghero itself. The villa consists of a lovely pool outside with a spacious veranda, outdoor shower and table tennis table. Inside is a good sized kitchen, downstairs bathroom with toilet and bath. There is also a living space with a TV, piano and sofa. The TV had Netflix, Prime etc installed and the wifi in the house actually works well. This is one of the first times I have stayed at an AirBnb in Italy in which the wifi has been good. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an ensuite shower, TV (Italian TV only), a second bathroom with toilet and shower, a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also aircon upstairs which works well. Overall, I was happy with our stay. I must say a big thank you to Giusy who looked after us so well and was very quick to respond to any questions.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung war hervorragend und der Blick atemberaubend.

Rita ist eine absolute Top Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von A-Z hervorragend und sie ist äusserst hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Ihr Haus überzeugt mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer mit den besten Sonnenuntergängen. Der riesige Strand ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen (wir waren aber zu faul und sind mit dem Auto zu den in der Nebensaison Gratisparkplätzen am Strand gefahren ;-)). Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es macht den Eindruck, dass es Schritt für Schritt auf den neusten Stand gebracht (neue Fenster, neue moderne Klimaanlage, usw.) und ich gehe davon aus, dass sie das Haus weiter modernisiert. Wir durften einige wunderbare Tage in Pistis geniessen und kehren nach Möglichkeit sehr gerne zurück. :-)

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in dem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer ist direkt nebenan, es ist so schön. Beim Haus ist die Terrasse und der Grillbereich hervor zu heben. Drinnen im Haus auch alles gut. Der Host war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans les lieux et nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, la vue et la beauté du jardin. La terrasse est vraiment un point fort. Rita nous a très bien accueilli et nous a laissé plein de petites attentions. Il faut noter que le logement est quand même très isolé dans la campagne et qu’il vaut mieux demander des instructions complémentaires pour s’y rendre pour ne pas se perdre.

Grossen Grundstück mit einem tollen Häuschen, das zwar einwenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, jedoch seinen Zweck erfüllt. Zum erreichen der Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall ein Auto/Motorrad erforderlich. Absolutes Highlight war der grosse Pool, die grosse Terrasse mit den Liegemöglichkeiten & der tolle Pizzaofen. Die Kommunikation mit Jana war super unkompliziert & die Tipps, die man zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes erhält, sind eine tolle Hilfe.

We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Pedra. The apartment is just like the photos and was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So much outside space with plenty of shade and beautiful gardens. The lovely pool was much enjoyed by our daughters. Daniele, Monica and Bruno were very helpful and friendly hosts. There are lots of lovely beaches to visit in the area and the villa is just a short drive from Alghero. We had a lovely holiday here and would highly recommend.

Logement très bien agencé, très bien décoré et très propre. Notre hôte a toujours été réactif à chacune de nos demandes, merci beaucoup!

Das Haus liegt im eher touristenfernen Westen der Insel am Hang mit Blick auf das Meer, das man abends auf der Terrasse auch rauschen hört. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, der absolut ausreichend gross ist und unserer 14-köpfigen Truppe super gefallen hat. Für die kleinen gab es genügend auslauf auf dem weiten Areal. Ein Auto yfernt) unabdingbar. Das Haus selbst ist tiptop sauber, wurde wohl in den 90ern errichtet und hat drei Ebenen. Auf Eingangshöhe die Küche, Wohnzimmer mit grossem Tisch und der Zugang zur Terrasse, oben 3 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, unten 4 Zimmer mit 2 Bädern. Man ist schnell in der nächsten kleinen Ortschaft, dem Strand oder im Landesinneren - klasse. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es für 10 Eur pP. Die Eigentümer sind super nett, reaktiv und freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, schönes Haus, mit vielen schönen Details. Der Pool ist riesig mit 50m länge, jedoch Salzwasser. Noch besser ist natürlich die Bucht mit den kostenlosen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. In unser Reisezeit, war es 2/3 Abende sehr laut vom kleinen Restaurant am Pool, teilweise bis 3:30 Uhr. Aber zum Glück nicht täglich. 2x hatten wir Besuch vom Wildschwein, trotz verschlossen Tor Einmal hatten wir Besuch von zwei Hirschen auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Zu berücksichtigen ist das die nächtse größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit min 25min entfernt ist, ein kleiner Kramladen mit wenig teuren Produkten ist auf dem Gelände in der nähe.
