Soggiorno a casa Karmis perfetto. Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, con tanti spazi e una terrazza meravigliosa vista mare. Pulizia della casa davvero eccellente, nonostante fosse grande non c’era nulla fuori posto né nulla che non fosse pulito e profumato. Ylenia è stata una persona davvero gentile, molto disponibile anche a darci consigli sul luogo, oltre che essere molto chiara nel fornirci tutte le informazioni della casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo giustissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

We had a very nice stay in Caterinas appartment. The garden was lovely for our kids to play in. the appartment is on the edge of Alghero and close to a bakery. Caterina did good suggestions for restaurants and things to do around.

Très beau logement, propre, soigné. Il y a de l espace et l extérieur est très bien aménagé en terrasse avec tout le mobilier qu il faut. Bien situé pour faire de belles visites et découvertes.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo alloggio! La casa è esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, tra cui la lavastoviglie. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e ben collegata ai principali servizi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda e a fornire consigli utili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo e ben curato. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Geräumiges Apartment, gut geschnitten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Gewürzen, Olivenöl und Essig, Kaffee, gute Töpfe, gute Pfannen. Bequeme Betten. Bad mit Shampoo, Duschgel und Body Lotion ausgestattet. Große Terasse mit tollem Blick in die Berglandschaft.

Le logement sur 3 niveaux est très agréable et propre. Rien ne manquait. Les alentours sont magnifiques et grâce à toutes les indications fournies par notre hôte, tout était facile : points GPS etc... pour trouver ces lieux magiques. Antioco est adorable, généreux et nous a même fait découvrir des répétitions de chants sardes, un verre de bon petit vin sarde à partager. Un grand merci.

Es war sehr schön. Der Ort selbst hat nicht sooo viel zu bieten. Aber die Pizzeria ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell am Strand, in Oristano, beim Einkaufen, alles in 10 bis 30 min erreichbar. Im Nachbarort gibt es etwas mehr, Pasticceria, Supermärkte usw.! Das Haus ist toll, riesig, so viel Platz. Der Garten ist klein aber fein, toll für den Hund, da komplett innen liegend. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, es waren bereits gekühlte Getränke und Prosecco im Kühler und es gab einige lokale Snacks als Gastgeschenke ... sehr lieb. Man kann mit einem normalen/kleineren Wagen sehr gut im Hof parken. Für uns war das etwas schwierig, zumal dann in der engen Straße niemand gegenüber parken dürfte. Aber wir hatten fast immer Glück in der Straße vorm Haus zu parken. Tony hat viele Tips gegeben zu Stränden, Olivenöl und Wein/ Verkauf... Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Cosimo is a fantastic host. He is kind, warm, sincere and helpful. We came away feeling like we were cousins we hadn’t seen in a little bit— La famiglia! We would absolutely recommend this for families… so many animals on property and domus di janus— the kids spent a lot of time outside playing with the animals— a quintessential agritourismo. Grazie Mille per tutti cosimo, Beatrice e Neve (La gatto bianco). We’ll be back! Cosimo è un host fantastico. È gentile, caloroso, sincero e disponibile. Siamo andati via sentendoci come cugini che non vedevamo da un po': La famiglia! Lo consiglieremmo assolutamente alle famiglie... così tanti animali nella proprietà e domus di janus: i bambini hanno trascorso molto tempo fuori a giocare con gli animali: un agriturismo per eccellenza. Ermanno en Elisa zijn schatten van mensen. We voelden ons thuis en welkom. Op het terrein is van alles te doen - onze kids hebben genoten en wilden eigenlijk niet weg. Het restaurant wat werd aanbevolen was fantastisch! En als kers op de taart: de excursie met de paarden over het strand en door het bos. We vonden Ermanno en Elisa fantastische mensen die oprecht met heel veel passie deze accommodatie beheren. We komen graag terug!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno da Renata e Gianluca. Sono persone molto cordiali, disponibili e davvero adorabili. Nella sistemazione non manca proprio nulla e l’intera casetta è stata arredata con tanto gusto da entrambi. Ci si innamora dell’isola e del piccolo paese di Ruinas. Klare Anweisungen erhalten für den Check-In. Vorgängig viele Videos und Fotos erhalten für den Zugang zur Wohnung und für das „korrekte“ benutzen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, super schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder vom Meer. Die Wohnung/Studio ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, gut geeignet zum einfache Menus kochen.

Great accommodation TOP location just a short walk from the beach, pine forest, and outdoor playground. The apartment was nice and clean. Parking was available right in front of the house, within the premises. Communication with Marco was excellent — he was always available and helped us even in difficult situations. He also allowed us a late check-out at 11:00. Thank you!

Das kleine, urige Haus befindet sich im Örtchen Mogorella im Landesinneren, etwa eine halbe Stunde vom Meer entfernt. Es ist im Innern richtig schön hergerichtet worden, besonders Küche und Wohnzimmer sind klasse. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Mogorella selbst gibt es außer einem kleinen Supermarkt wenige Meter entfernt nichts, allerdings ist man in etwa einer halben Stunde sowohl am Meer als auch an einer der bedeutendsten Nuraghenanlage Sardiniens.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus von Stefano. Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, idyllisch und etwas oberhalb gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Ideal für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind und Hund. Der Pool war toll und wurde auch zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit Stefanos Co-Gasteberin Amandine war sehr freundlich, flexibel und einfach. Würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Our stay at this countryside retreat was nothing short of perfect. The peaceful, quiet place located among the beautiful green hills made it the ideal place to unwind and relax. The private pool with comfy sofas next to it, was an added bonus, offering a refreshing spot to cool off and enjoy the tranquility of the area. The house itself was spotless, smelling like a luxury hotel. It was cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Elena is a very thoughtful and respectful host, spoiling us with treats like welcome wine, breakfast and home made Mirra! :) We've also been enthusiastically greeted everyday by 2 lovely, friendly cats. We particularly loved Johny and his strong 'personality' ;) If you're looking for a quiet escape with a pool and easy access to nature, this is the place to be!

Andrea hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, er war sehr sympatisch und hat uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben. Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar, die schönste Unterkunft bisher auf unserer Reise. Alle Räume sind mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Vielen Dank für alles Andrea, es war wirklich schön bei dir!

Lucia est réactive dans nos échanges. Propositions d'activités et bonne communication. Le logement est très bien et très bien situé pour visiter le sud de la Sardaigne. A savoir, endroit calme mais il y a des chiens aux alentours qui aboient régulièrement mais ce qui nous pas empêcher de profiter pleinement de nos vacances.

Abbiamo soggiornato a giugno e c'erano pochi turisti nel complesso di villette di Mandriola. Appartamento pulito e grande per 7 persone. Molto bello il grande terrazzo per pranzare e cenare all' aperto, comodo posteggiare nello spazio davanti al cancello di casa. 20 min a piedi e si arriva a alla spiaggia di Putzu Idu che già a giugno era affollata. A 5 min di auto si arriva alle spiagge di Sa mesa longa, Sa rocca tunda. Grande supermercato Conad con negozi ad Oristano a 25 km. piccolo market caro a Mandriola. A circa 20 km si arriva alla spiaggia fantastica di Is Arutas e al sito archeologico di Tharros. Numerosi oleifici . proprietari gentili e disponibili per le varie richieste o dubbi. Grazie di tutto.

Die Unterkunft von Riccardo hält was sie verspricht. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft bereits erwartet und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das AirBnB hat einen höheren Standart als andere AirBnBs die wir bisher in vergleichbaren Regionen besucht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Es war alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Die Bilder sagen einfach alles. Der Ort ist sehr klein und liegt nicht weit von schönen Stränden. Historisch und kulturell gibt es auch viel zu entdecken. Wir komnen gerne wieder.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich überragend. Der Check-In mit einem Mitarbeiter der Gastgeberin hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch haben wir gute Tipps bekommen, wo wir essen gehen können und welche Orte wir besuchen sollten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
