El apartamento es súper grande, muy acogedor, todo muy limpio y las personas muy amables y atentas, 100% recomendable a solo 20 minutos de Venecia

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour! Tout était parfait! Le logement était à proximité de Venise, des transport en commun, et l’accueil était parfait! Je recommande sans hésiter! Merci encore

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Ilaria che è stata molto disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Se dovessimo tornare, ci farebbe piacere alloggiare nuovamente presso la sua struttura. Grazie di tutto.

Our stay in Padua was marvellous. The notes and advice from our hosts, Renato and Elisabetta helped us get about, notably where to visit in such an historic city and also where to eat. Invaluable..!! We were very comfortable in the apartment that was fully equipped, very clean and it was within easy walking distance of local shops and monuments in the city centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Dit was inmiddels de 3e keer dat we bij Stefania verbleven en het was weer als thuiskomen. Een fijne plek in een rustige omgeving en mooi centraal gelegen in de regio Veneto. En Stefania is een fijne gastvrouw. Wij komen weer terug!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Bellissima location, una piccola oasi di serenità. Appartamento curato nei minimi particolari, cucina attrezzata di tutto, letto molto comodo, bagno con cabina doccia ampia e super attrezzata. Patio esterno molto carino. Una menzione particolare per la Sig.ra Nicoletta, padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile. Da tornare sicuramente.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Ion’s place was perfect for 3 nights exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Short walk to a bus into Venice. The accommodation had everything we needed and was well equipped.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Padua. Der Check-in war problemlos, Barbara hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse ist wunderschön und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Man kann kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt, Bahnhof sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

Host sempre reattivo e molto disponibile nel fare informazioni. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Venezia in bus. Disponibilità di un ampio supermercato nelle vicinanze per qualsiasi esigenza. Appartamento come nelle foto, pulito e ordinato. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio!
