wonderful, peaceful, made me feel like I was at home. can't wait to stay again

We had a wonderful weekend stay at David and Beth's home. We had a friendly greeting upon arrival (as well as delicious homemade cookies and maple candies!) David and Beth's home is attached to the apartment but it was quiet and they were unobtrusive. The Tunbridge area is beautiful - quintessential VT! The property is tucked away a bit (SO Vermont!) but our all wheel drive car handled a little bit of late February mud and rolling hills without a problem. We prefer to eat in and brought some food to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen (however we did go to a great burger bar for lunch in Royalton about 20 mins away). The apartment was warm, cozy and comfortable - a perfect meeting place for us and our two adult children - just what we were looking for! Thank you David and Beth - we may see you again next year!

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was perfect! Perfectly located for a ski weekend with plenty of space to spread out and relax afterwards.

What a wonderful stay we had. The place was exactly as advertised. Cozy, peaceful and had everything we needed for our short stay. Anne was an amazing host. We even got a pleasant morning walk with Anne and her pup Ellie and got to learn so much of the history of the property and surrounding area. A must do stop is the Silloway Maple sugar house just down the street.

Christine and her husband were very welcoming. The place was exactly how it was pictured. We even got a flat tire on our trip and her husband helped us change it! Very hospitable and would recommend!

very comfortable. clean. quiet. just what we needed for a quick trip up to VT. beautiful starlit sky. we didn't have time to explore the area because we were heading out for the eclipse viewing and last ski day of the season! skiing on April 8th! thank you Bob.

This was a great location in town, beautifully done apartment, and very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property.

This finished basement apartment was perfect for a weekend stay while visiting family in Barre. It was comfortable and chic, thoughtfully curated. Keep in mind it is the basement of the host family's full time home, so you will hear their movement above (which didn't bother me) and there are no windows that allow natural light in so nice, dark sleeping conditions but maybe a little difficult to get going in the morning! I bumped into the host, Courtney, and she was super friendly and very approachable.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. The home was very clean which is always my biggest concern. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Living space was comfortable and we enjoyed the poo table. 35 minutes to Killington and Pico. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at John’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. John was a great host—responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The four of us had a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to others. Would happily stay again!

We enjoyed the house. The house was comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything to cook a nice meal. The area was also very easy to explore. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dana's house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wright’s Mountain Retreat. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (and the sauna was a fun perk!). The surrounding area was beautiful and very peaceful. Perfect place to relax and unwind!

Great comfortable stay. Beth was very friendly and responsive to ll questions we had prior to booking and during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Bathroom was cleans with adequate towels/ toiletries. Highly recommend

We had an amazing cousins' ski weekend, and staying at Alisa's house was the perfect finishing touch. The home was warm, inviting, and had a unique layout that we loved. Alisa was highly responsive, making communication seamless throughout our stay. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!
