This Airbnb was the cutest place I've ever stayed. I wish I could've taken it with me! The neighborhood is quiet and small, so it is really easy to find the house. It was so clean and comfortable. Its also in the prettiest spot! Adam was really responsive and I was able to check in early when I arrived! I definitely would stay here again and maybe try the other houses!

If your visit to Orlando does not involve the parks, but the amazing Downtown Orlando, then this is the place for you. Hot water, comfy, cozy and homey.

We wanted a Tiny House Christmas on the water and that is exactly what we got! We stayed in the Ritz and loved it. The lake was beautiful, the property was quiet and pristine, the residents were friendly, Adam and Rich were perfect host. We will be back to try out the other models! Highly recommend!!

Charming garden house, good hosts, excellent location, and the house itself has a nice feel. If you’re tall (6’2 or over), you may need to sleep slightly diagonally on the bed, which was fine. The AC is a somewhat older model but works. It has a really nice porch to sit outside and enjoy the lush vegetation.

The tiny home was immaculate and everything it was advertised to be. The lake view was gorgeous! The large deck doubled the size of our living space. Adam was very responsive. I don’t recommend using the couch for sleeping, the springs made it uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our tiny home experience as and would recommend it!

This is my second stay here and it remains the perfect little spot to stay. It’s conveniently located near my friends and the highway on a quiet street. I’m able to work and rest comfortably. I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Albia was very accommodating when I needed to check-in a little early to be ready for a graduation at UCF. She was responsive and had the place clean and ready for me. The Tiny House is cute and what I expected for a Tiny House. The yard surrounding it was also nicely groomed with the waterfall pond, bistro table and chairs, and porch chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There was also an eliptical in the side yard that I briefly used. The kitchen was well equipped, but beware that the microwave is very small! The only problem I had was with the music. I loved the music- but I could not get it to turn off. I was not aware that Alexa was controlling the music - as I did not see an Alexa. My bad! Neighborhood was quiet, but not what I was expecting. Altogether, the visit was great! Thank you for allowing me to use your house!

Cute neighborhood! If you stay for sure go to Cuavos for a butter scotch cupcake! Loved Benjamin French Bakery and Cafe as well!

When my boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend(3 days), it was great! It had a little downsides like the flood lights in the front yard/technically back yard kept going on and off in the middle of the night. The roads were very inconvenient since they had wayyy too many dips and potholes. Besides the things outside of their control, the place was great. It was very clean and spacious considering it was all in one room. The pans and portable stove top was very nice considering we wanted to only cook breakfast! The bathroom was clean and had some additional hygiene stuff in case if you needed one. The place is definitely a must book if you wanna be pretty close to everything. We were only about 20-25 min away from Volcano Bay Universal! All in all a great deal!

What a sweet little spot! I was looking for an affordable option for a few nights in Orlando and this was perfect. Clean, thoughtful amenities, and a pool! It might be small for more than one person (only a curtain separates the toilet from the kitchen), but it was perfect for me.

Was perfect for what we needed- about 25-30 minutes from Disney, 15 from the airport, had AC and a fan to keep us cool, was clean and tidy with a great host! Would definitely stay here again and I’d consider myself on the pickier side!😊

We had such a fantastic stay! The pool was absolutely perfect clean, relaxing, and a great way to spend our afternoons. We also made great use of the grill, which was super easy to use. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of care and thought into every detail of this Airbnb. From the cozy decor to the little amenities you don’t even think to pack, everything was well thought out and made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

2nd time staying at Amy's. Kiwi Cabana it's the most peaceful spot of heaven. Perfect spot to sip your coffee, read or just simply relax. Tons of birds... my favorite cardenals, you can also enjoy the paddle boards on the lake.

My 6 week stay was so amazing 🤩 I didn’t want to leave. Yes it was that homely. The atmosphere there was like being on a log cabin trip. I really enjoyed staying in the house out back. Such an amazing experience. That you so much Ms. Michelle

I felt very comfortable and safe here, it really felt like a home away from home. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was convenient location, there’s a Publix in walking distance and about 30 minutes to the Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Lavrentiy's place was immaculately clean, cozy, and conveniently located to many great parks, restaurants, and neighborhoods. They accepted my last minute reservation request which was very kind of them. The space was private and quiet and the neighborhood was lovely. The amenities and supplies were spotless, and bed up in the loft was very comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay during their trip to Orlando.
